Thank you for your interest in our theme. You are right about the sidebar in single product. While there are no options currently to make the single product full width. It is quite easy to make it full width with few lines of custom code. We can help you with that.

Thanks for reply, just to confirm with you…The following items can be removed: FILTER BY (search box) , SPECIAL PRODUCTS, HOT DEALS and the single product page can be displayed as full width after some code modification pointers that you’ll provide for us after purchase?

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. We are yet to bundle the latest version of Unicase with the theme. Once we release an update with the latest version of VC, you can update the plugin by de-activating and deleting it. After that you can install the latest version from Appearance > Install Plugins.

Thank you for asking this question. The emails sent from WooCommerce are not handled by the theme. They are infact sent by WooCommerce itself.

Luckily WC has a method to override its email templates from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and you can configure the styles.

if you want to override, you can click on configure icon and then click on “copy file to theme” to override it.

Thank you for your response on this. I did find the location you mention for copying over the woocomm email templates to modify. However it did not give me the ability to change the email link colors. I tracked this down to /woocommerce/templates/emails/email-styles.php and had to change the .link, and the a { for it to work. Hopefully that will help someone moving forward. Thanks again for your help!

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Ours is a WooCommerce theme and supports all features of WooCommerce.

By default WooCommerce does not have multi-vendor feature. However there are plugins like Dokan and WC Vendors allows you to extend woocommerce into a multi-vendor platform.

Our theme is compatible with above mentioned plugins. However support for its features is not provided. You will have to reach the plugin developer for support. Our support is only for visual elements that may break while using this plugin.

1. I am sorry I cannot really guarantee about shared hosting. Different shared hosting have different configuration. You need 256M php memory, 60s minimum execution time, 26M upload max size and post max size. If your shared hosting provides this configuration then you can be comfortable with this.

2. Once you install the theme and import dummy data it will look like this : http://dummy.transvelo.com/unicase/ If you want to have the same products as our demo you can reach us with your purchase code and we’ll proivide you with the demo dummy data.

3. No installation is not offered as part of support. However as a complimentary we do offer one time free installation service.
