Howdy! I have two question regarding the Croma Music Player.
1. Is there a way to show the track length?
2. I have linked to some external audio and the player picks up the stream perfectly, but there is not wave form showing up for the external audio, only the audio saved to the local wordpress site shows the wave form. Is this fixable?

Sure. It’s waobaudiotheatre.org As for the wave form issue, all audio currently on the site shows the wave form. All current tracks are on our Wordpress server. I only did a test linking to external audio that did not have the waveform and that is not live on our site to view.

Okay, well thanks for the answer on #1. As for #2, that is what I was trying to say in my last answer. All of the tracks currently show the wave form. But it was when I tested an audio file that was from an external link that it would not show the wave. But that was just a test and it is not actually live on the site.
It is hard to say if I can see the issue. All tracks in our demo are from a external link. This should work. Can you share the external link url you have tried?

Also, which version of the theme you are using? We have fixed an issue with the waveform not showing in the latest version.
Sorry for the delay in responding. I am not actually using the most up to date version. I will do the update and then report back if I am still having the issue. Thanks!

If you dont see the event grid in the grid list from Essential Grid, it s because you have imported your demo content before we have created this template. Please download Croma 3.3.1, the full package. in the folder “Demos Content” you will find all “essential grid” import files from all demos (ess_grid.json). So go to wp-admin>ess grid>import/export And import the ess_grid.json file from your demo. You should import only The “Event – grid” grid, and the”EVENTS-GRID01” skin grid. When it is done, you need to create a new page and add your new grid.

There is a problem with the events, they show the date wrong if they are set after 21:00 hours.
Hi there, We already know about this issue, and we fix will it soon in a future update. For now, until we fix this, when you create a event, please set the wordpress time zone to utc 0. We are sorry about this.

Please create two new pages with the default template. And add to your page a video element. In the video setting, you will be able to select videos you want to show in this page. Does that answer your question?

Im having an issue with the Croma template event page where the initial page will open but when you click on the image to go to the related page it keeps showing up as Page not found. It was working about 3 weeks ago but now its not showing up also the redirection for the music page is having the same issue. Not to sure what to do but I need to get it fixed asap any help would be much appreciated.

No. The logo from Croma can only be a image(jpg, png). But we can hide it with custom css code.

Thanks for your reply! My excuses for the late answer. What i mean with VC blocks, for example in Jupiter / The Ken there is a way to enable some blocks just for desktop view and exclude them from mobile. And the other way around. Its based on the screen size of the device.

Unfortunately the theme won’t do that out of the box. You will need a third party plugin and perhaps custom tweak to suits your need.
Checkout ultimate member plugin. I never tried it tho.

Please go to wp-admin>croma>general setting. Please be sure the option “nice scroll” is disable. This featured is deprecated and we will remove it in the next update. If the “nice scroll” is already disabled or the issue still persist, update croma theme and croma-music plugin.

What kind of settings has been lost ? Basically, an update will only replace the old php/js/css files with the newest one. It will not change any settings you’ve set in your worddpress because it will not change anything in the DB.
Perhaps that when you updated the theme, the plugin croma-music has been deactivated (so you can install the new plugin by going to wp-admin > appearance > install plugin) ?

Howdy! I have two questions about Slider Revolution.
1.) Is it possible to upgrade the Slider Revolution that is included with Croma? It says in the dashboard that we should activate it to be able to upgrade. Can you offer some guidance on what to do here?
2.) We have one slider setup using the demo version as a template. The layer that has the play button sometimes does not show up on some sliders. And sometimes it does. Can you help us figure out why that layer does not fully display sometimes?

But to be honest, there is no big change in the new version. you wont notice a change.
