We have to use the free service from www.privy.com but we would really appreciate if you could implement just a time delay soon. Many customers just sign up to the newsletter after browsing for some time (45 to 75 seconds in average). Could you make this for the next version? Also, how to best update from version 1.3.1 to the last version on Magento 2.1.8?

Ok, we will try. For update latest version of the theme, if you have not edit any files from our theme, you can upload all files and run deploy command again. If you have edited our files, please upload patch from Patches folder.

Hello, I’m sure you guys know how to do it, but I’ve found an easy way to implement the newsletter delay pop-up on bootstrap with cookies (timer based, and also exit-based). Showing up the window right after loading up defeats the purpose, and just a small fraction of people signs up (as they haven’t got enough time to browse around the website and get interested). We should start the countdown after a session has started, not everytime a new page is loaded. I’m sure more people besides @raminda and myself can find this feature important. To update the theme on Magento 2.1.8 later today, do we just need to upload pub and var directories, and then clean/flush cache and reindex? Or after uploading pub and var, we need to upload patch_for_magento_2.1.6+/app directory too and then clean/flush cache and reindex?

What version of magento you are using ? if it is 2.1.6 or 2.1.7, you don’t need to upload patch_for_magento_2.1.6+ again. Just update your magento to 2.1.8 and follow steps from patch_theme_version_1.3.1/Readme.txt

We do have Magento 2.1.8 installed with Claue 1.3.1 and Mageplaza Social Login 2.3.6. We are a bit confused whether if we just need to upload pub & app directories, or if we also need to upload patch_for_magento_2.1.6+/app directory afterwards.

Hello, we are having some problems updating Claue, related to Mageplaza Social Login.

1-Do we need to install Mageplaza Social Login before Claue? Or Mageplaza Social login is included jointly with Claue, and we should uninstall the module first?

2-If we need to separately install Mageplaza Social Login and Claue, can we install Mageplaza Social Login via composer, as recommended by them?

3-If mageplaza social login is included with Claue, how can this extension be updated? Will you release new versions of Claue when an updated version of Mageplaza Social Login is available?

Hi, In new version of our theme, we have added Mageplaze Social Login extension in our package, you don’t need to install it again, just follow our document to update it. Yes, we will update new version of claue theme when mageplaza social login update.

Should then disable the two modules mageplaza/magento-2-social-login and mageplaza/module-core from Magento 2.1.8, or when installing Claue those modules are also installed? Does the mgs/social module all the functionality? If Mageplaza/SocialLogin module is installed when installing Claue theme, why module the version is an old one? It should be 2.3.7 and not 2.3.2

Hi, did you download my file on previous comment to upload and deploy again ?. To deploy again, you need to remove var/*, remove pub/static/frontend/Mgs and run command: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

is it MGS > Theme Settings > Background?

Change custom style that you have added before from .page-title-wrapper{background:none !important} to .page-title-wrapper{display:none !important}

Hi, Shop Standard layout that you have to mention is category page 1 column. You can go to admin > MGS > [MGS Theme] General Setting and change “Default Page Layout For Category Page” to “1 Column” at Catalog section.
