I have issues with claue after update security path p13 for version 2.4.6 of magento. The home page in google chrome isn’t showing the banners anymore (in edge and safari it is show) and i get the warning: Invalid form key. Please refresh the page. This only happens on the home page not on the category pages. Please help i don’t have a actual support as it has expired! I use version 2.3.0 of claue

Please clear your browser cache and cookies. If that doesn’t work, try redeploying static + clean cache:

bin/magento cache:clean

bin/magento cache:flush

Hi, i like the them but we had to fix some bugs specially in the RTL. my question is why users have no way to cancel orders from inside their profile or from the orders in this them ? if it is available in another place can you please tell me where

I have bought this theme 2 weeks ago and it has many issues. I have opened the ticket 13 days ago regarding the installation and configuration of theme. They are usually replying me after 1-2 business days. But still they haven’t managed to solve all the issues. It’s like they just check one thing and then go offline. No proper contact with the customer support. I am not satisfy with the support. I am at loss because of it.

The directory only has an app folder, no pub folder. Does Magento 2.4.8 abandon the pub directory when installing themes? Please inform me.

Sorry, what version of magento are you using now? if not installed, you install according to magento version. if updating from old magento, you have to update according to each patch.

Hello, I use Claue version 1. Now I want to use version 2. As according your documentation, I need to make a new install. I created a new staging server to work on this. However I cannot activate the theme as it says that I am using it in another domain. How can I change the domain for my licence? And then when I put the site in live again, I will have to change the domain again for the licence? Please help. Thanks.

I purchased the Claue theme back when there was version 1 but never used it nor made any support request. I currently am using an alternative theme, but now wish to switch to using Claue theme, however on examining the downloadable files from theme forest. its not very clear from your documentation nor installation video which files precisely need to be uploaded and where to?

I would have through it would be in a theme folder named Claue of something , however this is not the case. I would very much appreciate if you could clarify which files to use and where I should upload them?

Can I install version 2 straight off or does version one need to be used first?

Hi i have resolved this issue and got the theme installed, however when I run php bin/magento setup:di:compile thereafter I get an error related to app/code/MGS/FakeOrder/Model/Api/FakeOrderApi.php at line: 11 Interface “MGS\FakeOrder\Api\fakeOrderInterface” not found#0 I’ve reuploaded the files multiple times and can confirm it is present.
