Hi! I am having trouble with installing my theme onto my Wordpress site. I first installed in onto another domain to test the theme and understand the basics. Now I deleted the theme from this domain and I wanted to install it on the final domain. But it won’t upload (I’ve tried both via Wordpress and FTP). What can I do now. I honestly only want to use it on one domain, but it won’t install anymore.
Hi, if you have problems only with 1 server is a server problem, check file permissions, file size limit, and PHP version. What error you got?
Hi! The domains are indeed one server. I tried to re-install the theme on the first domain, but this is now not working either anymore. I get the following error: Install via Wordpress: “Are you sure you want to do this?” Install via FTP (directAdmin): “Bad Gateway The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
The first time I tried to install the theme, everything went fine and smooth. Nevertheless I changed the php version on my FTP and I tried to change the file size limit through the .htaccess file.
I also re-downloaded the files to check if they were corrupt. Not the case either.
Your server have some problem, you should contact the server support, try also to install another Themeforest theme, you should get the same problems.

Ciao Schiocco, ho acquistato da poco Y Theme (mi sembra davvero ben fatto e performante! Complimenti!). Ho un problema con l’importazione delle demo: devo produrre un sito per un B&B e vorrei usare il tema: Elegance – Apartment. Prima di questo ne ho importati altri e riscontro sempre un problema con i layout: i contenuti sforano sempre. Es. Nel tema Apartment c’è il menù laterale a sinistra, i contenuti che dovrebbero essere a destra si vanno a nascondere sotto il menù e per vederli tutti devo allargare l’ingrandimento della pagina. E’ un problema di importazione delle demo oppure un problema della mia installazione di wp/oppure dell’hosting ?!
P.s. Vorrei anche sapere quali sono i requisiti perfetti per il tema, tipo il max_execution_time, la versione php ecc.

Ciao, ho appena aggiornato il tema, per favore scaricalo da questa pagina ed aggiorna il plugin HC (devi eliminarlo e installare quello nuovo che trovi dentro la cartella /inc/ del tema). Grazie la version PHP deve essere maggiore di 5.5 e minore di 7, max_execution_time di 120 s
Perfetto, tutto è tornato normale con l’aggiornamento di HC! Altra domanda, nei form dove si usano i calendari (tipo nella pagina di contatto) ed in generale nell’intero tema come si possono tradurre in italiano quegli elementi (in questo caso parlo dei giorni della settimana)?! Può andar bene qualcosa tipo Loco Translate oppure devo perforza acquistare WPML ?!

Ciao Schiocco, non riesco a capire come funzionano le ancore nei one page layout. Nei menù, le demo, riportano “id” del tipo: #section-0, #section-1” ecc. invece nelle section all’interno delle pagine gli id delle ancore sono del tipo: ”#section_5ZtkF, #section_cPAgL”, ecc. Dov’è che avviene il collegamento tra questi due modi di dichiarare gli id ?! Te lo chiedo perchè vorrei usare polylang per creare il multilingua e provandolo mi ha sballato l’intero funzionamento ed ora, dopo aver disattivato il plug-in, non mi funziona più il menù (non funziona nel senso che ogni volta che clicco su una voce menù ad ancora la pagina viene ricaricata sempre dall’inizio e non ricaricata sull’ancora. (spero di essermi spiegato ^^“)
Ciao, #section-NN sono ID usati solo per i siti FULLPAGE non ONE-PAGE, per questi ultimi inserisci l’ID section_cPAgL etc.. (puoi modificarlo come vuoi)

Hi there, Great theme, love it, but I have a problem. I am using “Creative-Main Demo” to build my site. I am using the page “Portfolio-style-3-full-width” as my main page for the images that are supposed to link to individual pages, for example “fixed-area-portfolio” and others. The List “Portfolio” is set to archive page “Portfolio-style-3-full-width” and that page has a Post type set to Portfolio. However when I publish everything with images and go to test the page “Portfolio-style-3-full-width” – the images in the grid are not showing up (there are these gray default placeholders) but the link to individual portfolio pages, say “fixed-area-portfolio” works fine. How do I get the page “Portfolio-style-3-full-width” to show the images in the grid? Thank you.

Why the version we can download with this themeplate is v1.2 while is v1.4 on WPTF ?
In fact, when I download the themeplate’s update, it’s the v1.3 while the changes log is v1.7.1

Hi, sorry the version is wrong but the item is updated. What you mean to change colors? you can not set custom colors with HC but only use the color of your site.
I know this version is wrong but it’s the version on Themeforest… I can read “Y ThemeVersion : 1.3” on admin panel.
By colors, I mean just color with WordPress text editor for a normal blog post…

Inoltre, ho bisogno di avere una sezione Team che mi permetta visualizzare un membro per volta, e scorrere con uno slider tra un membro e l’altro. Sono fattibili entrambe le cose? Ciao, ti confermo che puoi fare tutto, per quanto riguarda il blog, puoi usare quello di modern app ma il design è un’altro quindi forse dovrai sistemare il CSS, altrimenti puoi usare qualsiasi altro blog delle demo CONSTRUCTION e il design sarà uguale.

Hi, WPTF not contian any demo, it’s onlt the framework. Instead Y Theme contain lot’s of demos and design and also WPTF.
