1. We can provide you code through our support forum to make the horizontal menu fixed, so that even on scroll it remains sticky at the same spot as it is, always visible.

2. For contact form we are using Contact 7 form plugin. That’s the one displays in contact us page.

3. The theme uses our own plugins for fullscreen, portfolio and events galleries. We also have third party premium plugin called Revolution Slider plugin with the theme. Not sure why your old theme made the images choppy, which is an unusual behavior. We use standard methods to display the images. If there are any problems our support forum can troubleshoot and provide solutions.

4. Currently mobile menu is as in demo.

5. Sorry, we currently don’t have a preloader screen with the theme design for the logo to be displayed that way. Loading behavior is as seen in demo.

The theme will include all functions you see in demo out-of-box without the need for any additional coding.

Features of theme will work with ie9 functional wise and it already employs code which do fallback to older browsers.

IE9 browser usage statistics are near 0 percent according stats here Link. Additionally Microsoft no longer supports ie9, and google has dropped support for it too.

The fullscreen posts in the theme aren’t scrollable as seen in demo. You can see fullscreen posts added in the Homepages submenu in demo.

There are two ways you can have the Kenburns. One is by using the fullscreen post Kenburns slideshow which is not scrollable.

The other way, Kenburns slideshows can also be created using Revolution slider plugin. Revolution slider plugin is bundled with the theme. Any slideshows created by Revolution slider can be used in normal pages.

For example you can add the revolution slider create Kenburns slideshow to the top of page using pagebuilder and add contents after it. This way you’ll have the Kenburns block at the top and a scroll-able page with contents.

If you haven’t used Revolution slider plugin before you can check its documentation here. It’s a popular and powerful plugin to create slideshows.

Regarding #2 above, the only fullscreen type the button appears on is the basic fullscreen. Not on Fotorama. Is there a way to turn the button on for those? Also, what’s the difference between “button link url” and “purchase url” in the gallery edit details? “purchase url” doesn’t seem to do anything.

Is there a way to not put the featured image at the top of blog posts? I made nice featured images so I could use the photo card show listing of posts, but now I have a huge image at the top of each post page.

You can keep reading settings without selecting a static page. By default WordPress has frontpage displays as ‘Your latest posts’

Next goto wp-admin > Theme Options > Fullscreen Homepage and choose the fullscreen post for homepage.

2. WordPress by default does not have Media library image tags. You can check default function so media library from this link https://codex.wordpress.org/Media_Library_Screen

What we have in Kreativa is a custom image tag system. Searching for image title, description and category is not there by default in WordPress and not currently there in the theme.

1. Technically it would be possible to shift/commune the code from the search bar in the side bar to a new search bar on the full screen page, am I right? Putting the code in id=”static_slidecaption”, on top of the sliders’ title, for example?

2. I’m not sure if we understand each other. WordPress (under Media, Filter Tags) does have the ability to set tags on images. When you upload an image, you can set a tag (for example: people) in the right (side) bar of WordPress’ library page. With my question I was wondering if Kreativa’s search function was somehow connected to these WordPress Library filter tags.

You mention a custom image tag system in Kreativa. Where is this option located? On earch Portfolio Item page? For my client it is important to have:

Title: The Chair Description: Person sitting in a chair Tag: person, red, chair

where, for example, you could search for the word red.

New question: Is there any way to quicken the process of uploading new images and put them in Portfolio Item pages automatically (or something similar)? From what I understand, when my client would have to import 2000 images, the only way is to upload the image in the WordPress media library and then (for each image) have to create a portfolio page, am I right?

1. Yes, technically it’s possible but it will require code additions to files and CSS. It will be development work as it needs more time than we can provide within the scope of theme support.

2. We use a custom filter tag in Kreativa. There is no search facility for this filter tag. We use it for our image gallery filtration choices seen here http://kreativa.imaginem.co/galleries/gallery-filter-tags/

Portfolio items don’t use the filter tag. Instead it uses categories to filter. The filter tags are used for image only galleries. Portfolio galleries are linked to details pages. Link to portfolio gallery in demo http://kreativa.imaginem.co/portfolios/portfolio-3-column/

Image galleries don’t have detail pages. Image galleries are easy to build even with large image collection where bulk image drag and drop, tag if necessary and publish to create a gallery.

Filter tags aren’t there in default WordPress for images. Check the standard Media library screens in official WordPress org site. https://codex.wordpress.org/Media_Library_Screen . If you have additions then it’s likely through a plugin or additional code.

To include image tags you’ll need to modify the search query in WordPress. This can be done through a filter but again will be development. We don’t have this currently. Currently the image tag are used for image gallery filters seen in demo http://kreativa.imaginem.co/galleries/gallery-filter-tags/

In general all features seen in demo will be present out of box without any code additions.
