Hello! I am using PrestaShop latest version (1.6.1.16) and after the update from Warehouse 3.8.2 to 3.8.3 the Addthis module doesn’t show on the product page. Does anyone know what happened? I read in the Warehouse 3.8.3 changelog that this update is for PrestaShop 1.6.1.15. Can this be the cause of the error? Thank you!

- I have decided to scrap my old installation of Prestashop 1.6 and the previous version of Warehouse for PS1.6 to avoid any complications in the future. So now I will start anew with PS v1.7.2 and the latest version of Warehouse. So my questions are:
1) do you recommend doing all configuration and settings, etc. in PS BEFORE or AFTER installing Warehouse
2) What is the best way to backup all the work being done in PS and Warehouse?

Hi, I have been having these issues for a long time and I have no idea how to solve it.
Voucher field in the cart section appears when loading the page but doesnt show up after loading. The issue only happens with chrome. I have clear cache and it doesnt work. The only thing that works is changing the theme to default. But when going back it does not work.
Another issue, that happens many times and I dont manage to go around it. Clients select add a product to the cart, then when they go to the cart the Cart is empty. I have lost plenty of orders because of this. I can find a solution.
Please help.

in ps 1.6 or in 1.7? in ps 1.6 in currency settigns you can change symbols and disable decimals
in 1.7

I report you this error some months ago but now I can reproduce it each time that I look the site so I hope you can solve it to increase the quality of your theme.

1) how to reproduce the sticky error on the mobile menu:
look that site with full width, then reduce the width of your browser to go under 991px to see the mobile menu, then scroll down the page and you will see the white space on the top where is the logo.
NOW RELOAD THE PAGE and the mobile menu will work well THEN
2) how to reproduce the sticky error on the default menu:
enlarge your browser to get the full width and the default menu will be on the top like in the immage
NOW IF YOU RELOAD THE PAGE the default menu will work well
at this moment I can reproduce these errors each time It is not a big problem because if the customer see the site he doesn’t resize the pages like me, but it doesn’t should be present in a normal site. They will be present in all sites not only in this one

When Stock management is enabled, then on the product page it shows the label: Last items in stock, Product available with different options and so on.

Hi friend, I tried your new theme for 1.7 and it looks nice. A lot of the features are there, and it looks more polished then many of the other 1.7 themes currently available. The instagram theme also looks quite nice in the demo.
I’m not sure if this is possible but one suggestion might be well, the instagram module looks great in the demo but if you add different sized photos to your instagram, then they get all misaligned in the widget. If it’s possible, it might be nice to add an option to have them resize to the same size or else it looks funny. Obviously, this can be avoided by uploading proper size photos to your instagram, but I’m not sure if everybody does that for every upload.
Also, I’d like to report some bugs I had while doing an upgrade on a fresh prestashop 1.7 install. I just installed the 4.0 beta of your theme yesterday, and I upgraded to the 4.1 stable (I know how to do it, I’ve used your theme for years) and it seems to have broke the testimonial alignment in the demo, and the instagram module doesn’t seem to work except in themebuilder/live edit. It worked perfectly before the theme upgrade.
I’m sure these issues could easily be resolved by reinstalling the stable version of theme instead of upgrading from the beta and I will probably try that but I just wanted to alert you to what I experienced.

about instagram, please remove widget and create new one, i think it shoudl solbe tjhe problem. Also there is added helpfull option in style settings of instagram widget, you can set max-height for image so it is possible now to emulate square images

Hi, I just installed a fresh official PS 1.7.2.1 and did copy file “theme_4_1.zip” from folder “Prestashop 1_7” and tried to add the theme by “Import from FTP ” but I got an error message “This theme is not valid for PrestaShop 1.7”
I’m using VPS with PHP 5.4, I’ll be glad if you tell me what’s the matter?

when you downloaded package? few hours after realase there was send another package with new zip which should solve that(this issue happen on some servers) if that not solve please contact by maisl and send your access data
tip. theme and ps works with php 5.4 but for better performance you should switch to php 7.0

I have bought 2 themes. They are both installed at the same VPS with same PHP and SQL versions. At one of the themes – suddenly blog appears. At the other – No. When I go to FTP, I can see blog folders in modules, but it just does not appears in back office. Any idea what I can do, what should I clear as cache or what to change in order to make it appears? Usually re-installing module helps, but I can not see it in installed modules.
