Where do I download the VC plugin?

You don’t need to download Visual Composer plugin, is it included in the theme package. You can install it under Pearl -> My Pearl -> Plugins section. Please let us know if you are satisfied with our answer and if we can help you with any other questions you might have.

Curious do images come w imports (and are they individual imports or all in one) and do parallax backgrounds and on scroll animations be activated on mobile view? 1. Unfortunately, images aren’t available due to license policy. Also, all demo layouts need to be installed individually, so you need to choose the most appropriate for your website. We included our own STM Slider module in the theme.
2. Thank you for your suggestion. We will try to include such demo layouts in our future updates

Why the BestBuild is more expensive than Pearl , which contains within itself BestBuild and others?

Well, it’s a multi-niche bundle. You can get the Pearl with Construction layout just for $29 now. Once we reach 1,000 sales – the price will be increased significantly.
