yes, I have received it, and added like 3 more tickets. I like your theme, BUT honestly, simple things are taking me a lot of time :/ for example, in other templates I bought, I didn’t need to send any tickets, everything was straightforward, here for simple tasks I need help, examples - change header color - adjust image size - customization for contact form to be in Spanish.
