I have filled out everything on my account page – shipping/billing section, but it kept saying an error message “everything field must be filled out”... No luck to fix that yet.

Hi , When I open the site / demo in iPad, in vertical view, the side menu (off canvas menu that appears on mobiles) does not open. nothing happen when cliking on the menu icon. nither in your theme demo nor in my website.

On my website when looking with iPad the shop messages does not show as well (they do show on your demo)

What can be the problem and how can this be fixed? I sent a suuport ticket few days ago but did not get a reply can you please check this. Thanks Michal

Thanks. i was to mean the main navigation. This does happen with some desktops but in latest desktops it is normal. To prevent this,i just minimized the number of menus.

You can find the option to switch from one style to another in Appearance > Customize > Product Page. This is what you should be looking for on your screen: https://screencast.com/t/ShnVMqIq

Hello, I have purchased the shopkeeper child theme and installed it into my WP. However it requires a updated version of the bowtied tools. When I click on install the following message appears:

Installing Plugin: GetBowtied Tools Downloading install package from https://api.getbowtied.com/v2/getbowtied-tools/update.php…

Download failed. cURL error 7: couldn’t connect to host

Plugin not activated. A higher version of GetBowtied Tools is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

I have searched online to update the bowtie tools plugin and cannot find anything. I downloaded a 2.2 version which im not sure how to upload manually.

Hi, i’ve tried to get answer to my question via a support request, because i’ve bought this theme, but after three days waiting without any response,. i’m trying it here in ths comments section …

So, i have to install the theme into a multisite, where each wordpress installation is for a different language. (This is a better approach to our project then the common way via wpml or so.)

The problem is, i cannot install the required plugins at the highest network level, but that’s how it should be. I don’t want install it at the website level beneath.

Even when i would do this, how could i install the plugins for another website, when they already are installed for a previous website?

How to gain this result?

Should i have installed the theme in an ordenary single wordpress before and then should have switched to network? If this workaround would work, how will be a future theme update workflow?

The catalog mode does hide the add to cart button but not the price. That’s because some products may still need pricing, even if they cannot be purchased online. Some people offer phone orders or some alternative. Or maybe just for informative purposes. The way to go would be simply remove the price when editing the product.

Are your shop wordpress themes YITH compatible?

YITH has lots of plugins, not sure if you’re after a specific one, so the questions would be too broad to give an accurate answer. We’re using the Wishlist plugin from theme with no known issue.

Hello, I am having compatibility issues with Shopkeeper and Dokan. Because of the theme my Dokan plugin doesn’t display well on any mobile device and I need my site to be responsive on all devices. I am willing to pay the developers at getbowtied to resolve the issue and it will be one step closer to making the theme compatible with Dokan once and for all.

So just to give you more insight here on how your theme is not 100% compatible with Woo I found more glitches. One, you can’t use Visual Composer in the short description and Quick View. VC shortcodes show.

Second the issue I’ve been complaining about since you REFUSE to listen is related to the gallery thumbnails. If you have them existing and you go and update your theme on some installs, who knows, maybe all it breaks. The user cannot use the site and change variations in mobile.

Delete the thumbnail and it works perfectly.

However, who wants to go thru a dozen sites fixing YOUR issue. Somewhere along the way YOUR theme broke something. A glitch is prevalent whether you like it or not.

Just ignoring your customers, like me, won’t make it any better. I will file a complaint with Envato.

Hello, I’ve purchased this theme a while ago. I was wondering how i could import the pre built layouts? I’ve already downloaded the demo content, but when i press load ‘template’ in the visual composer it does not load any pre built pages. How can i access those?

I have logged the support ticket 4 days ago, I have not received the support, I want to use visual composer templates, I have purchased the licesence, but due to restrictions put by author in the theme I cannot activate licsence. Please help

I just sent a reply to your support request.

I get what you mean about Visual Composer. The license tab is removed so it won’t ask for a license since most users don’t purchase their own. You can get there by temporarily activating a different theme. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Activate a different theme, the default WordPress theme TwentySeventeen for example
2. Go back to the Visual Composer section in the left, you should find the License tab now so you can activate yours.
3. Once active you can get back to Appearance > Themes to reactivate Shopkeeper.

I just love this theme, and make my clients purchase it at the beginning of the contract itself. Now, working on a single page site and have this query:

  • Is there a way to have only a sticky logo instead of sticky header, specially for use on a single page website?
  • Alternatively, do you have a different theme more suitable for single page websites?

Thank you for choosing Shopkeeper for your project. Hope it’s a good fit.

Regretfully I would have to answer no to both. The sticky header comes with more complex functionality and you cannot choose to have only the logo up there. Hiding every other element via CSS is possible but I don’t think leaving just the logo up there would look good.

For the second bullet, no, we’re specialized in WooCommerce themes so they’ll all comes with full eCommerce functionality rather than 1 page sites.
