we have found some problem with the menù on our site using chrome browser, the last menu element drop the menu line and cross the other menu element, (if you need we can send you a screenshot) we fixed it and we just want to let you know how we fix it because maybe can help other user or help the development process.
we changed this file: /themes/cozy/assets/css/modules.min.css
we remove from the class .edgtf-vertical-align-containers .edgtf-position-right the following CSS role -> float: right

Why cant I remove empty space between columns? I try to make a row with 3 colums. I inserted 1 picture in each and I keep getting a white space between the pictures. It’s so frustating.

This is due to latest Chrome update, and you should be able to fix this by adding custom css code below from Edge options > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

2. We have implemented only Instagram widget and it displays posts from instagram. Unfortunately, we haven’t implemented facebook widget but you can try to find some 3rd party plugin, it should work.

Theme Supports RTL

1.Regarding product variations, please check this article from plugin documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
2. Woocommerce doesn’t support catalog view by default, but probably they have some additional plugin for this so you can find it on the web and test. It should work.

Pre-purchase question. I see that the theme supports WPML – I need to make sure that the website visitor can switch language while on the website. Does it come with a small flag (change language) option in the menu if you add more languages? Or do I have to do that manually.

Yes, theme supports WPML and with WPML plugin you can add widget language switcher or to use switcher as menu item and they both have drop down language selection possibility but you can get more info from plugin author https://wpml.org/

We will update this plugin to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugin if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete this plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again this plugin and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find this plugin in our theme folder/plugins select it and click import/install.

1. Yes, we built all pages with Visual Composer and it is easy to add/remove or change elements with this page builder.
But, image gallery is element which we have implemented in VC and it has a predefined style. We don’t know exactly what you would like to change.
or you can remove them with custom CSS.
Also, when you bought the theme, you got a 6 months of free theme support, so for any question/issue you might have with our theme, you can login to https://edge.ticksy.com/ with an Envato account from which you bought the theme, and submit a ticket with your question, and one of our agents will assist you as soon as possible.

You can set your desired header types on two ways: 1. Globally, in Edge Options -> Header 2. For each individual page. When you go to edit some page, if you scroll down you will find Edge Header section so there you can set your desired header type. https://www.screencast.com/t/qBvij7qIuY6u
So, in this case, you will set one header type for home page and some other header type for other pages.
