Alright, gonna ask for a refund. Too many issues, And really an incomplete theme.
Menu items import – is not a reason for refund, it will be declined. All pages imported well to getting started. Please, provide a list of “Too many issues” in your refund request.
my friend, that is not the only issue. I’ve already sent a refund request and would rather be kind and not list all the issues I’ve experienced in this comment section. I listed them all in the refund request. so before you summarily state that you will decline a request without even reading or acknowledging those other issues is rather poor. I’ve already contacted Envato themselves.

No, you are not constructive in your request for a refund. These are all common words with which I can argue.
1. poor theme support 2. poor theme guide 3. incomplete modules and components 4. missing setup and designs 5. layout issues and poor navigation 6. poorly designed or outright missing admin functionality 7. mobile version is a complete mess.
Have you saw the theme demo site? All demo pages built using included shortcodes, the theme is fully responsive, have a bunch of options. So, please, be more constructive in your refund request.

Listen. I don;t have to be more constructive in my request. I submitted the request and don;t feel like going through a back and forth with you. But if you insist here we go. 1. your theme documentation is fairly useless tbh. it consists of basically 1 page with how to upload/install the theme , how to add a menu and an image of the customization with a simple paragraph”Here you have access to all the theme’s configuration settings. Each setting is commented and very straight-forward and should be easy to understand and configure.” This is absolutely inadequate to even figure out essentials, additions etc. 2. the importer is not working properly. Menu items are not imported and certain prebuilt options are completely off or require me to go into the customizer and disable, then re-enable the particular component to get it to work. 3. The Responsive/Mobile component is broken too. Logo options do not display. The toggle button doesn’t function. The right side icons aren’t working right in terms of spacing etc. The top navigational bar is overlapping with the menu bar. etc. 4. Main menu and Top Menu are not clear and options are confusing or vague at best. No instruction on adding top menu social media icons or contact info. Main menu account icon is cumbersome and font color is stuck on a white, even if you switch from dark to light. and this is just the navigation and menu section. Other area options are just as vague and cumbersome. I have no desire to wait days on end for all these fixes. Nor do I have the time to wait for a bunch of different patches and fixes and long winded explanations as i’m on a schedule. You already sent me a patch for the logo menu issue and acknowledged issues with the importer. I prefer my themes to be pretty much functional at purchase. I don’t see why you need to be arguing with me about my dissatisfaction with the theme. You have over 100 sales so just refund my $60 and we can both move on with our lives. I have already moved on from it and purchasing another theme for my needs and schedule.

About documentation. I don’t think this is necessary to describe the options, that already have a live preview and description in the Customizer. All options added in sections, so you just need to change them.
I just don’t get the following. This is working for me:

All other bugs I see and they already sent to the developer.
We got 100 purchases and users satisfied with it (who not satisfied, we resolve it in the support system and then fixing it in the theme). You were not satisfied and I just needed your experience with the theme to fix issues, that we don’t see.

I have another question – How can I edit the social icons on the top-right corner? They are currently set to display the full names of the social media sites but now I want to change it to icons. I cannot even find where social media URLs are set. Do help again.

Social media icons added in Appearance > Menus using plugin “Menu Icons”, that recommended to install in Appearance > Install Plugins.

No, only with code customizations. By default mobile menu items fully copied from the main navigation.
How about the ability to have different layouts for computers & devices?
Pages/posts content you can make differ for mobile devices and for computers with 3rd party plugins. Something like this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/mobile-only-desktop-only-content/
But layout you can change only with code customizations.

We are not able to install demo content for Kahaki with the deer. It gives us a “0” error. Our developer also tried and we’re not able to do anything. Please advise. The other demos are working fine, but not the deer one, which is what we need. We also tied adding a ticked via support and it does to an error page.
