2. The theme works well with WPML plugin.
3. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to work with this plugin. The theme is compatible with all the plugins mentioned in the project description.

1 – As the theme is designed for stock photo websites, the author page is redirected to the author’s uploaded photos. This behavior can be removed by using the child theme included in your theme package and pasting this code in the child theme functions.php file

remove_filter( 'template_include', 'retine_redirect_author_page' );

2 – Thanks for letting me know. I will fix this ASAP. In the meaning time, you can paste this code in the customizer CSS tab to fix it

Sorry for the delay. I would say you would need some customization to modify the theme to suit your needs. This theme is made to showcase photos in the first place so it would require some modifications unless you simply want to use the blog for this purpose.

In this case, simple posts with the standard blog layout without featured image should do the job.

Thanks, I thought of another solution for separating my clients content; password protected pages. I already see password client portfolios in your demo: https://demos.wolfthemes.com/retine/client-gallery/proof-gallery/

So before I buy Retine 2 more questions:

1 Can I display videos instead of photos in the client gallery? (youtube etc) 2 Does Retine allow me to put passwords on other pages or albums besides the client gallery?

Last question before I make the decision.

- Because it’s not possible to track downloads in the theme I might use Google Analytics for this instead.Is there an option in the theme where I can insert the GA tracking code? (through the settings or costumization or something like that)

- Is GA Events tracking supported by this theme?

- If it’s not possible, then is there a GA tracking code plugin (supporting GA Events) that works with this theme?

I browsed around the web for themes like this and there are some using Easy Digital Download that has the tracking downloads feature but I like your theme the most by far and I really like to build my content on this one but tracking the number of downloads in some way is essential and without that I cannot use it.

This is not a theme related feature and this kind of feature belongs to the plugin territory. I have a light plugin on my website, though, made to output your google analytics code very easily by just entering you GA code in the admin. Hi is there anyway to make the countdown text (numbers and text) bigger and bolder? I tried using inspector to find the relevant classes but since the content changes every second it won’t allow to narrow in. I would have submitted a support ticket but you portal is closed.

Yes, you can build any type of section on your home page.

The stock photo feature uses the media library and add category, tags and other options for each photo. You can also link a photo to a WooCommerce product.

Yes, you can create different pages with a different layout for each category if you want.

You can only choose between free download and purchase, sorry.

Loving the theme so far! Two things:

1. Team Members elements seems to be blank on demo and demo import: https://demos.wolfthemes.com/retine/elements/team-members/

2. I tried to submit a support request today but got the page that said you’re closed. I get that it’s the weekend and I don’t expect an answer during off hours but we should be able to submit a ticket into the queue whenever.

2. We got a lot of tickets to deal with and we’re only two to handle the forum (mostly one because I’m very busy developing new themes :)). Closing the form on week ends allow us to contain the amount of ticket a bit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the response and updating the team members element. This is great for my needs for creating a sponsor section for my event site.

The problem with not allowing for 24/7 ticket submission is that I need to note down the issue, set a reminder and then submit the ticket later (possibly loosing my place in the actual order of discovering the problem / question).

We are already implementing the theme and as far as we can tell, the ‘favorites’ functionality does not keep tabs of which user has favorited what. We are only seeing that for every image there is a count of the ‘likes’. Are we missing something or do we need an extra plugin for true favorites functionality, where a user can save and see his or her favorites?

Yes, these are not favorites like a wishlist. Thes are simple likes and are made to order the photo by popularity. Popular images are ordered by views and likes.

Anyway, this is a good suggestion and this is something I may add later.

The demo landing page is a bit overloaded. I will probably remove one or two sections.

Anyway, I’m always working on improving my themes performances. So if any progress is made regarding this matter, be sure that it will be available in a future update.
