Hello, We would like to buy this theme.
We are creating a reference site for doctors and we would be sure that this topic is appropriate. Paying Doctors’ Cards (Premiums) should provide for each physician to have at least 4 major categories and unlimited subcategories. Additionally, each card should have the option of being a reference for multiple geographic areas, since payers can, in addition to choosing the 4 macro categories, choose to pay for multiple geographic areas. For example: a premium-priced medical practitioner can be enrolled in the portal and then receive quotation requests for breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, mastopexy and calf ups from Rome and Milan and would pay for 2 provinces.
Another important thing is the placement within the site itself Here’s an example: Following a google search for mastoplasty addictive roma, my site receives a click and the page that is to open is the one that contains the list of doctors who make breast augmentation addiction in the province of rome, giving priority to premium .
With regard to budget requests arriving at the home of the site, which has a pre-requisite form, requests from the database must be sent directly to the referring doctors, divided by specialty and province with premium order order.

This is not how our theme is imagined, since you can only control payment over Listing Packages, which are required for submitting payed Listings, so you can not have control over payment on Categories and Listing Types or availability to add Listings to Categories.
Also, we have not implemented Featured Listing functionality so certain Listings have priority over the rest.
This theme is more designed for advertisement of the Jobs and services, not exactly booking or paying, since those functionalities are not included.

We have integrated filter by kilometers and it is set within theme scripts that calculates distance in kilometers. So to change that default behavior changes to theme files are necessary.

Hi there…your theme looks awesome!!! Can the search on the homepage it would be great if the search could have ‘Categories’ and once the user picks a category, it would show the ’’Subcategories. Is this possible? Can I create filters that are specific to individual categories: Ex: I pick Salons. Ideally, there could be subfilters for what they specialize in: hair, makeup, blowouts, etc?

1) Unfortunately we have not integrated such functionality within our theme because we have not implemented search according to subcategories.
2) Yes, you can set different filters ( Filter by Amenities ) for each Listing Type. So in your case, you could make Listing type named Salons and for that Listing type you can add filters: hair, makeup, blowouts,...

We used WP Job Manager plugin but we were overriding some default field using our theme so since we have not tested any external plugins with our theme we really don’t know whether they will work fine. They might conflict with our theme scripts and may cause other issues. Maybe you can try to contact plugin’s authors so they can give you more info regarding this.

Listing field are predefined with WP Job Manager plugin and theme settings, and you can only remove unwanted Listing entries on front-end of the Listing using Custom Css to hide them.
For the WooCommerce extension, we have included compatibility with WooCommerce plugin. WooCommerce is an excellent platform and have a lot of addons/extensions. We provide default support for WooCommerce and we have not tested any extensions with our theme, so we can not tell you precisely it’s compatibility with theme.

Hello, thanks for this theme, will it be so all the images will resize to the same size? right now every listing image is making my grid go into masonry style with gaps, and the main images on the listing are not even, i dont think the public will know how to upload every image the same size – the images need to resize by themselves. is this going to be a future feature?

There is no built in functionality to do so, but you can add rooms to your Listing using Listing’s content. Also, for the availability of the rooms, it can not be done via built in functionalists, but you might be able to find some WP Job Manager add-on to get desired functionality. 1) You can remove that part using some Custom Css code to hide it. Code is:

In fact, your balloon has all the information i need. However, to navigate on your map, especially on the cell phone, the lack of the option to close the balloon and the non-centralization of the text of the balloon on the map after its opening ends up disturbing the user experience, especially in the mobile phone.
Every time we open a balloon on the map by the cell phone we have to reposition the map to read the text of the balloon. In addition, since there is no option to close an open balloon, the Balloon ends up being in front of the others balloons, preventing me from seeing them or opening other balloons.
Personally I found the template of you more beautiful, modern and functional than the directorybox, however, the map of them ends up giving me a better experience, especially on the mobile.
Is it possible to add a function to close the balloon with button or click outside the balloon? and the function of centering the balloon on the map of the findme template?

Additional info of the balloon can be further optimized on mobile screens and it is closed once you click on another balloon. Since there is an option to zoom-in/out map you can easily point another balloon for additional info for another Listing. Balloon close functionality is fixed within theme scripts and it has to be changed there.

You can change default theme scripts if you are familiar with programming and if you have intermediate programming knowledge so you can override default theme scripts and functionalities. However, we can not provide you Custom Coding and overriding default theme functionalities because we need to primarily focus on providing support to all our customers.

Having a bit of difficulty importing listings via WP All Import Plugin. Any best practice info you can share? My old theme had a ‘Listify’ add on for the importer which made it a lot easier. For now I am using the WP Job Manager add on but having issue getting things like phone numbers to display in the theme etc. have about 1.5K listings I need to add asap!
on a different note, is it possible to set a default search location rather than using the Regions functionality? maybe with another plugin?

Can you please try importing them using built in WordPress importer, and also please note that your Listings that you want to import had to be compatible with WP Job manager since we use that plugin for listing functionality. Also, feel free to try any other importing plugin.
For the regions, we used WP Job Manager add-on for regions, and we have not tested any other plugins for such functionality so we can not suggest you any of them. Maybe you can try disabling that plugin ( Regions for WP Job Manager ) and than you will have no Location entry in search form.

1) In our demo site we have set that page to be our home page, but each Page that you make or import ( by importing our demo content you will get all the pages from our demo site ) can be set as your Home Page.
2) If you are referring whether you can enable sidebar on the search results page, unfortunately it is not possible since that page has predefined layout with search results on the left side and map with results on the right.

Visual Composer that comes with your theme does not work, i have edited my php.ini, yet no help, still your support is literally ghost at this moment…
FYI Once you switch themes visual composer starts working perfectly so your theme has major bug

I have tried multiple times now reinstalling wordpress, theme and plugins from scratch everytime. But as soon as I install and activate WP Job Manager, I get a 500 error

Internal Server Error 500 is usually related to server settings as the name of the error suggests.
There could be several causes of this problem. First you should do is contact your hosting provider and ask them about this, and also ask them to check your error log, to see what does it say there?
Also, read this article http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
And try the solutions from it, increasing your memory_limit parameter first, it could be low and that could be the cause of this.
And also, it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.

In order to import Listing Categories you need to enable them. To do so please navigate to Listings > Settings and there check Enable Listing Categories https://www.screencast.com/t/7l4DSX74ic . So please just enable categories and import demo content again. Note that another demo import will duplicate your menus so please just before importing delete existing menus.

1. After Importing The demo from your elated option, the home page header image( the girl on the laptop for the filter home & the one with the guy and girl smiling on the fullscreen home) is not there. so the background is always white. how do i add it?
