The currency swicher in the header is used for the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin. This plugin needs the WPML plugin to work. After installing these plugins, you will be able to add currencies in the plugin settings page. You can also use the WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin. It does not need WPML. If you don’t need this feature, you can disable it in Theme Options > Header tab. You find the Header Currency option and turn if off https://prnt.sc/go66f9.
The New label appears on the recent products which was published in 30 days. You can change this setting in Theme Options > WooCommerce tab https://prnt.sc/go67f6.
The Sale label appears on the discounted products which have Sale price. Please see my screenshot https://prnt.sc/go680c.

Has very different loading speed. May I know why is that and how to fix it as I like the houseware theme but the loading speed is slower and when I click on the categories it seems to only return the results after a few seconds.

Because the website speed depends on many things: hosting, page size (images, css, js), location (where you access the site and where hosting is located), .... Our hosting is located in USA. So when you access from a country in ASIA, it may not be fast as you expect. That is why some websites need CDN. Please see the following results below, you will know that location is important.

And other problem with the theme. When it is viewed in the mobile- iphone SE, 1) the top bar menu cannot be opened 2) at the bottom for boxshop houseware, the add to cart button is also covered.

As for the menu in mobile view, when it opens, i find that the ‘shortcode’ and ‘theme feature’ that it originally has on the menu (desktop view) disappears. Is this on purpose or what? As for iphone SE, because the size is smaller, that’s why this happens. To open the menu, needs to click on the edge of the tab. Still the shopping cart is being covered a little.

On mobile, you need to click the three bars icon to see menu. And on our demo, we use another shorter menu for mobile. So you don’t see the “shortcode” and “theme feature” menu item. About the shopping cart, could you please give me a screenshot?

1) I can screenshot but couldn’t send to you through here 2) As for the Three bars icon, i know that and FYI, in iphone SE, the three bars icon is not very sensitive. I need to click on it several times before i manage to open the menu. But this applies to the houseware theme, some other homepage layout design that i tried has no this issue.

2. By default, you have BACS, Check payments, Cash on delivery and Paypal https://prnt.sc/gjd70r. If you need more payment gateways, you will have to install the third party plugins.
3. Our theme can work with this plugin. But your plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce. You should ask plugin author to update their plugin before using it.
