Hi.
Why does not the theme work on iPhone 9 versions?
That is, everything is displayed but the upper MENU does not work, and if you are in the store the filter does not work either.
Any ideas?

We’re currently working on a fix for older versions of Safari which can’t properly work with the theme. As soon as we have a fix, it will be included in a new theme update.

You’re looking at the wrong file. The file holding the CSS code can be fount in the CSS folder and it is called styles.css.

The theme is built to only have two products per row on mobile and if you want to show one column you can use custom code. I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.

HI, I noticed that for a variable product, if all the items are out of stock, there is no way to choose the variable options (from the drop down) anymore. or is there a setting for it to show the variations that are out of stock ?

I did a quick test on my website using the theme and I was able to see variations if all of them are out of stock. I wasn’t able to add a variation to cart, but that’s only because it was out of stock. If you need a different functionality, then I suggest you look for a plugin.

This theme was tested with Visual Composer and that’s the page builder plugin we are recommending. Beaver builder wasn’t tested with Shopkeeper.

@syncnd again I’m not developer, but recently I had the same problem. Go to shopkeeper customization, and change page colour to white ( #FFFFFF) right now you propably have some level of transparency .

When I try to dismiss the off-canvas Filter button on either desktop or mobile, the widgets disappear later than the canvas, thereby overlapping the actual page content for a couple of seconds – an unpleasant sight. Please how do I fix this?

If you’re using different sized images for your products, then you can have different sized thumbnails. All you have to do is to uncheck the Hard crop option on Product thumbnails and then regenerate your thumbs. I have a problem with the filter in the shop page. I can’t not find the sorting for color and size. And I have made a list in categories with different kinds of clothes. Is it possible to press more than one type of clothes? So it shows more categories at a time. And how do you get some of the categories up at the top like on your example of the website (Men, Women, Accessories, gadgets, gift, categories gift). And how do you change how high the price can be when you sort?
and how can I change the order of product categories under filter? I have for example Clothes that should be at the top, it is on top at the page where I have created it, but not in filter

To have options like color sorting (attributes), first you have to build variable products: Variable Products (Color/Size)
Woocommerce only lets you to select one product category at a time. But you can look for a plugin with such an option.
Here’s what you need to so so you’ll cave categories under Shop title: Links to Subcategories under The Shop Catalog Title
The Price filter is automatically set to show from your lowest price to the biggest one. You can only change it by using custom code.

Hi. How big should the image be for the slider to be like the demo? My images does not show completely in the slider. They are not even half of the size of the demo images in pixel. They are 345 by 345.

Hi, i cannot find on the docs how to have 2 sub section on the mega menu on the same column ? like on your demo, i have the items spreading horizontaly wich is really bad because the mega menu is not responsive. Thanks in advance for the help team!
