This theme available to integration with booking.com or Expedia via api?
Unfortunately, OTAs like Expedia don’t provide the API to make the integration easy. However, we are working on implementing an iCal feature that will help add calendars to all rooms and synchronize the bookings of the hotel with those OTAs that support this integration. Please let us know if it helps.

Hi there! Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support WooCommerce payments. However, if you want to implement it, you’ll need developer’s help as the process will require programming knowledge to modify the code. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Im putting this in your support forum as we’ve found another issue as well – no matter how many children you select when searching a room, it always comes out to 2 children during the booking process, even if you’ve chosen zero.

Hi, Thank you for purchasing our template, I’m sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. I watched the video you recorded and I can say the following:
1. The room’s search issue for a given number of children. On the search result page, you see all the rooms that can satisfy your search query. In your video you are looking for a room for 1 adult and 1 child. In the search results you were shown the room ‘Ensuite Single’, the capacity of which is 1 adult and 2 children. This room can accommodate 1 adult and 1 child so it was given in your search result. The text that you see under the name of the room is the room’s capacity. This text will help your visitors to settle correctly, during booking process.
On the Booking Confirmation page, you specify the quantity of adults and children who will live in a particular room. The plug-in displays the maximum number of adults and children who can live in the room. If you check at booking.com, you will see a similar logic of issuance and placement.
2. The blank page that you showed after payment. Please re check that you specified the pages to which the visitor should go after a successful or not successful payment. You can specify these pages by going to Dashboard> Accommodation> Settings> Payment Gateways

Thanks for the reply. The one thing I would say to that is that when user gets to the checkout page, if they need to select amount of adults and amount of children, the boxes should be defaulted to zero. We should not automatically assume they want 2 adults and 2 children as part of the booking. It makes even more sense to make the initial search numbers the user inputs to follow through to the booking page but i can live without that, however, assuming automatically 2 + 2 is not right.
Can you tell me how to change this? If it’s hardcoded, where is it and what change will i need to make in order to force the user to make selections in both boxes?
We found your suggestion regarding displaying the number of guests efficient and changed the default Search availability form parameters to “Select”, without predefined numbers. So, the current logic is as follows:
- if the user inputs the number of adults and children and chooses 1 accommodation from the recommended ones, the system remembers the initial search details and duplicates them on the booking confirmation page, where the user provides all further data to make a reservation;
- if the user chooses several accommodations and adds all of them into one reservation, the default boxes are set to “Select”, which are required fields and the user should set needed number of adults and children.
We’ve submitted these updates to the review team on ThemeForest and they’ve already accepted them, so you are able to test the updated system now. Thanks for your feedback! Please let us know if you run into any other issues.

As for testimonials so you need to go to Appearance>Customize>Widgets>Front Page Bottom then copy the shortcode from Text Widget and remove it (I mean Text Widget). Then Add new widget called Shortcode Widget and paste the shortcode and save the changes.
There has been used text widget prior when sample data was created. But we had to change the way to output testimonials shortcodes and that’s why you need to replace widgets. We are sorry for inconveniences.

Thank you for your question. No, we did not use any visual builder at this theme. If you mean grid at front page there is used Child Pages output.
Hotel pages are built with shortcodes provided by our Hotel Booking plugin.
