Hi, i have question about lightbox. If i have more than one gallery in same page the lightbox continue to second gallery. How can i disable this? I have set construction levels, and have gallery set for level 1 and level 2. but if client clcik on gallery level 1 and go through gallery the level 2 is shown in the same gallery and can misslead client what level 1 phase is.

Hello, can not get access to my support account, till I do not receive your password change email. So I do this way: Today I installed you latest update and hoped that you update to VC 5.2.1 but you only jump on 5.1.1. Why? Since using WordPress 4.8.2 I got problems in the text edit field with pull down menu for H1/H2/... Read that this is a problem of VC and fixed with VC 5.2.1. When will you update on this latest version von VC?

Update both the theme and visual composer to latest version will help.

Hi, I’m having an issue with the button that appears to the right of the page titles. The button is visible on pages imported as demo content, but not visible on newly created pages. Where is the setting I need to enable for the button to show up? Thanks
In theme options > page setting you will have an option to select which pages the button will appear.

Hello, very happy with the theme so far. Find it very easy to work with. We have a couple of questions about the footer.
1. We are unable to display the labels in the Contact Us Widget. We have checked the “display labels” box off but no labels/icons are displaying (Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/2HXwJ) – Any ideas on what we need to do to enable this feature?
2. Also in the footer – How do we present a 2 column company widget? We have only been able to use single column custom menus thus far. We would like to have a 2 column Company footer.
Basically, we would like our footer to look exactly like the one in your live preview (https://imgur.com/YR1rzmb), particularly Widgets 2 and 3.

1. Contact Us widget is from a plugin not from our themes, in our theme demo data we only have a Text widget with HTML code inside it to display address, phone etc, please create a ticket on our support site to get the code if you din’t import the demo data. https://wpcharming.ticksy.com/tickets/

How much do you charge to install with all content like your demo?
We have a tool to import demo content for our themes, follow the documentation file then you can do it yourself.

The theme works with WP Multisite, however you will need new license for each website you create in the network using the theme.

Your support site is down hence asking here. I have used this theme for a client. Surprisingly, Google is showing a page speed score of 0/100 and the site is a bit slower inspite of using a VPS hosting. I am surprised why so? Any thoughts? Did you notice the same load time when compare it with our demo : http://demo.wpcharming.com/construction/ , page speed depend on lots of things, consider to install a cache plugin, optimized website images and switch to faster hosting will give really good results.
The hosting we are using for our demos is asmallorange, we are switching to WPEngine soon.

What caching plugin are you using? I checked the demo link has 60% score atleast better than mine which is 0. This is the first site i have done in 10 years with 0 score. i tried wp total cache and the gallery lightbox stops working when i use browser caching option so i have to turn that off. Any suggestions for plugin or plugin settings for wp total cache?
