Pretty sharp looking theme I have a few pre-sales questions
1. Does the events module have a method to also display previous events with a different color flag? or at least keep them accessible as “past events” in an archive?
2. When a bounding box is used for a background on some elements (dates, menu headers etc) show up is a rectangle with a flare in the corner can that be changed to say a rectangle without the flare? if not from the interface would the coding be easily or at least doable?
3. in areas like the podcasts can that shutter effect be disabled?
4. Can I change the background image for different areas? i.e Galleries, events.. etc
5. Can I have multiple galleries?
6. Can I have a main gallery with folders with individual collections if images so they can be separated by say ..images form a certain show?
7. Are the “ticket purchase” buttons in the events area connected to woocommerce or is it just create a link to that “shop product” and change the link with each event manually?

1) No this is not possible, but you can choose to hide the past events in the modular page events module and then you can create 2 categories: past and future events, and then link to those categories from the menu or from manually added links.
2) Don’t understand the question have a screenshot please?
3) Not by options, needs to modify the CSS yourself
4) Yes totally, every secion can have an image, a color (with custom opacity so you can also see the video below if you want) and a texture.
5) Unlimited galleries containing videos and pictures. If you add videos to a gallery please remember to aff an image too.
6) Galleries are individual and usable via shortcode, so you can manage that by linking separate galleries from any page or menu
7) To sell tickets, woocommerce requires additional plugins (that costs about 100$, maybe some for free). You can link to the woocommerce product from a purchase link or manually build the “add to cart” link for the event and use it as purchase button for the event, so it goes directly in the cart.
To create a custom Add to Cart URL for that product, you will need to add ?add-to-cart=123 replacing 123 with the ID of your product. The result will be something like https://www.yourwebsite.com/?add-to-cart=123. Whoever clicks on this link, will add the product 123 to their cart.

The last button on the side menu never works, unless any menu item is selected and then the last button (bottom button) will work. If I load your preview and then click “more” from the left menu nothing happens. If I load you preview and click any other menu item and then click “more” from the left menu it works. Same thing is happening to my site. The last (bottom) button on the left menu will not work if pressed first.

Hello. I’m having troubles with the podcast order in podcast archive pages. I need to create different archive pages which show different lists of podcasts sorted by filters. How do I set up them?
In the theme manual I found this: “insert some “Podcast filters”, those will be the labels with which you can filter podcasts in the podcasts archive pages.”. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. I assigned different filters for different podcasts, but all the podcast archive pages show all the podcasts I published in the website, and I don’t know how to set specific filters in them.

There is a weird overlay that comes over the top of my revolution slider. It looks like white with a transparency of maybe 50% that is at the bottom and top of the slide, but it doesn’t exist in the middle. I have loaded this slide in a few different themes and it is only in the vice theme that it is having an issue. I can’t find where or what to change it or what is causing it. Hello! Yes there is. Edit your modular page and remove the checkbox on texture overlay. Every module has this option, you can enable/disable it for individual modules.
Hello! Thanks for the speedy reply. The texture overlay was not enabled. I created a new one and it is overlayed on that one too. I tried viewing clicking the box and not clicking the box for the overlay and in both cases the overlay stayed. I cleared my browser cache and don’t have any caching engines installed. I also, don’t have any other plugins installed. Any other ideas?
Is a setting of your revolution slider. Please check carefully this screenshot of your site, you can see that IN the slide there is a layer called “tp-dottedoverlay” and that’s a layer from Revolution Slider to add the dots. Is a setting of the slider itself. Please check the revslider manual about that, thanks!
Yes, I am aware of this. But that layer is different, it is actually underneath the overlay we are discussing. I develop a lot of sites with revolution slider and understand how that works. This is entirely different and may be a bug in the theme? I disabled the overlay in revo slider for you, so that we are sure it’s not the problem.
I sent you a screenshot wher it clearly shows that there is a layer in the slider called “tp-dottedoverlay” and TP stays for THEME PUNCH which is the author of revolution slider.
This means the layer is IN the slide, we have nothing to do with that, i’m sorry.
OK, so I figured out what it was. It was that revolution slider was old, so I had to purchase a new key, create the rev slider database and change the javascript loading settings. The weird thing is that the tp-dottedoverlay was disabled, so it must have an internal cache. Anyway, sorry it was a pain and thanks for the effort.
Hi! Beautiful theme! I am having a problem where slider revolution is not working on the hompage. I have created a Slider Revolution Module and a homepage that uses the module template. All the other modules I add are ok, just not the slider revolution. I think their may be a conflict of some sort. Any ideas?

I was using the automatically assigned format of the slider in the css, so rev_slider_1_1 instead of just 1.
Does this theme have full-width image slider just like the video background?
To create a full width image slider you have 2 ways: create a Simple Slider module, or create a slider with Revolution Slider, create a module and add the numerid ID of the slider to the module. More info are in the manual. Thanks!

Aaaaah now I understand, sorry I thought you wanted it as section. Is a very cool idea but at the moment there is no such possibility, the best would be to make a video of the images and put it on a hidden youtube video

Hello! Yes you can, no problem for that. Every “Event” can have unlimited buy links. But if you want a “one click” experience with woocommerce, where you add to the cart a ticket directly from the event page, I’d recommend our Sonik theme, which allows you to add the Product ID from WooCommerce as “buy link” for events, album and tracks, and the product will be automatically added to the basket, rather than linking to the purchase page as in Vice.
in alternative, you can manually create the “add to cart” button for Vice, to do the same thing, but is just a little bit more work to copy and paste the string in the URL.

So I have finally purchased the theme with 12month support and the business card and brochure themes which look great by the way.
I started working on the site, however I face some issues which I try to solve but don’t find any response in the helpdesk forum. I opened a new topic 2 days ago and since there is no response, I am writing here.
1st issue: Where can I change the social icons order? ( I want the twitter icon to be next to the Facebook one, instead the Instagram)
2nd issue: In the main menu I want to reduce the size of some tabs and leave others at the initial size. (Example: Home, About Us, Media >23px & Contact, Press, Legal >15px)
3rd issue and most important: My website needs newsletter, but there is no newsletter form only the contact form like in the “Booking” section.
I tried to use third parties plugins (Mailpoet etc.) but their form doesn’t look like the one which shows up in the “booking” section. It would be a pitty to have a form that doesn’t match with the rest of the theme and doesn’t look so beautiful as the as the one provided in the “Booking” section. Is there a way to have it as it would really be a pitty to not have the possibility to add a silk newsletter form matching with the theme. ?

- change the padding area of the page titles
– remove the artistic line directly above and below the page titles (or at least know how to change it)
– increase the size of the module sidebar titles (i.e. not the icons, the actual words) (qw-nav)
– remove the black box (i.e. make transparent) that appears when hovering over the siderbar icons (qw-nav)
– increase the size of the social icons in the qwtoggle section (i.e. the social icons underneath the copyright)

I am launching a music event organisation and I found your website theme which I really like its design. However, before I click the buy button, I have some points I would like to ask you to see if it has the power I need for my purpose.
1) Is the theme fully and totally customizable? (Logo, loading page circle can it be replaced by our own logo?, colors…)
2) Is it possible to add an animated logo as an introduction of the site? (Fade in, out effect etc.)
3) Can we do live video stream through the website without any latency? (does it need Html skills?)
4) Is it possible to add a newsletter form where people can subscribe?

1) you can edit logo and main color + dark / light general color
2) yes, you can make your own movie of the animation and add it via Revolution Slider. This requires to make a video of your logo, you can find many animation templates on Videohive.
3) the theme doesn’t do video stream, no theme does, this is not something a theme should ever do. Would be like if you want to shave your beard with a coffee machine. You can do video stream with youtube and facebook and embed the player in the page.
4) using external plugins and mailchimp, sure. No support for this function is already in the theme
5) You mean your ping is high when connecting to our hosting server? probably because our server is in UK and you may be connecting from USA so you see it slower.
6) yes
7) Don’t understand the connection between theme updates, security and the other things you mention.
One racoomandation: this is a huge theme full of functions, a basic knowledge about making websites and about wordpress is required to use it. If you never built a site before, is highly suggested to hire a professional to help you with this.

Great to hear about logo edition. However when I see your demo I have a small problem when it goes in smartphone device, the logo seems to be over the menu, and also the page doesn’t have an arrow that shows up or down and help to get a smooth scroll of the page (in small devices) (Ps: you can check this demo to understand my request : http://rhythmwp.wpengine.com/ ) the white arrow pointing down and at the bottom of the page you have one where you can click on it and it takes you right at the top of the page.
Is the loading panel customizable ? and are the url links fully customizable too? This because, some themes i bought in the past had a problem with urls when I created new posts or pages. It pushes you to use : www.mywebsite.com/themeauthor/page name instead www.mywebsite.com/page name.
Last but not least, is it possible to add my own social icons and font to use it overall the website? I understand that the theme comes with google fonts etc. but I want to add mine to fit with the logo font. Is there support from your team to assist about this kind of requests?

There are no arrows up or down, you just scroll the page as any other website… About what you mention of the logo in mobile, how did you test it? have a screenshot?

I mean, the menu, when I check the vice demo on my smartphone I can scroll the page, however when I open the menu and want to scroll down to see the different tabs it doesn’t work like if it is fixed. Instead, While the background of the page keeps scrolling down…Maybe if you can test it on your smartphone you can confirm me if there is the same issue from your side?

1) the menu tested on iPhone6s and Samsung s5 works normally (and fine) you open it and scroll and it scrolls. Consider in 1820 sales we didn’t have any bug report about this, so I don’t think there is something to fix on the theme. Is it possible that I’m looking at the wrong thing?
2) now i get it thanks, that’s not a “panel” 
is a “preloader animation” but ok, no is not customizable within theme possibilities. To change it you need to make your own CSS.
3) you can normally use only google fonts. If you want to add other fonts you need to convert it to web font, then implement it via CSS using your child theme. the theme has no “built in “support for this.

Hello! You can hide the player (not “remove” it completely). Technically it needs to exist.
Visual composer is not tested with Vice, it should work but you may need to disable the ajax loading in the customizer.
The theme contains a simple grid/column manager based on Bootstrap so technically you can achieve composed layout without visual composer.
