Hi, qTranslate plugin is used for multi language. So in this case maybe you need use plugin Loco translate to translate theme or plugin to other language. You can see it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/. Hope this help you!

It seems I didn’t explain well what I need. I want a multilingual website and for that I need to translate the content of all fields. Right now, I can only choose the content, for each language, only for the field body. qTranslate allows us to switch between languages and edit the content for the right language, but again, it works just for the body of the content.

I don’t want to translate the field’s label but I want to change the content of the field according to the language. It works fine with the body, thanks to qtranslate, I click on the language flag and I can edit the content of the field. In the end I have 2 bodies description, one for language A and one for language B.

Hi, Thanks for your patient! We research about your issue and in our theme use RW Metabox plugin to add new metabox field. In project of RW Metabox it supported multi language by use WPML plugin. https://github.com/wpmetabox/meta-box. Maybe you need this to make multi language working fine. Hope this help you!

we tried the translation with WPML and it seems to be what we need. We just have some issues on the Video page. In fact, the video, that should be at the beginning of the page, is not showing when we translate the page. The other informations are well displayed and translated. Do you know what should we do to display the video on the translated page.

Hi,
Some elements are not translatable. For example for the single video page. We had to rename the function esc_html by esc_html__. Further more, we can’t translate, with WPML, the Haru Icon Box content of the WPBakery Page Builder.

Hi, I’ve just installed the theme and installed one of the demos. The content is not showing in full width like how your online demos are displayed. Everything is squeezed into a container including the footer. How do I fix this?

Hi. We replied to you via email. That’s seem you deleted wrong some elements and it cause this error. You can go to view revisions to get old version when you didn’t deleted it to get it back. It on the right sidebar in this area: http://prntscr.com/h1v9my Hope this help you!
Thank you. I haven’t received the email yet for some reason. But I don’t think I deleted anything because I installed the demo from your theme on a fresh WordPress installation. When I tried to preview the pages that’s when I noticed that a lot of the content is not displaying properly. May you please let me know what these elements are that I may have deleted?

Hi. I found the reason is this plugin: Qode Listing conflict with Visual Composer plugin. I have deactive it and fullwidth working fine now. Also I can get your email but can’t reply to your email server. Hope this help you!
Is there a known issue with the Haru Testimonial Element? Whenever it’s applied to a page (WPBakery Page Builder) the entire page doesn’t appear/load.

A lot of stuff but installation is easy!
Customization needs a lot of work. I do have to figure out how tho change the url slug “video” and “video-category” to some seo-friendly stuff. Your Circle Docu doesn’t still say something about that.
And the biggest step would be to edit the video meta boxes from “information” down to “link”. Looks like a powerful but
The newsletter function and the maintenance mode are a big and nice surprise 
But one thing i could not get further. I can not activate child theme after i have installed the demo. Any suggest?

Hello guys! Awesome work with this theme. I recently purchased it but I had a couple questions:
- Is support working now? - Any word when the entire documentation will be complete?
Is there a way to fully edit for example the video pages? not just input information about a video but edit those? Also, is there a way to hide this pages? lets say I just use Home 5 and I just want to use the videos as lightboxes but I do not want people to go inside the video page.

Sorry for posting here, but I did not get any feedback from HaruTheme’s official support site.
I bought the Circle theme, I installed it successfully, but when I activated it the following message appeared:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …/wp-content/themes/haru-circle/framework/includes/theme-stylesheet.php on line 48”
And after that I can not access anything else in WordPress. What should I do?
