This is because incompatibility between wordpress version 4.8 and VC. Visual Composer developers fixed this problem in version 5.2.1 so you just need to install that version or the newest version 5.4.2.

This is because of WordPress wpautop function which is wrapping lines with paragraph tags, and now function is being executed in text widget because it is present be default in text editor, which is inducted in WordPress version 4.8. Solution to this is to remove all spaces inside text widgets, and if that doesn’t work 100% or you don’t want to go trough all theme widgets and to do this manually you can simply add following line of code inside theme folder / functions.php

remove_filter('widget_text_content', 'wpautop');

If you want permanent modification for future updates you should add that line inside child theme folder / functions.php file.

We have the update from April already, but since then WordPress, WooCommerce, and Visual Composer have all been updated numerous times. A few of the core WooCommerce templates in the April update are out of date as well, according to the service message from WooCommerce. Please let us know. Many of us use this theme and would like an update ASAP!

Our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we are releasing them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon. We delay with theme update because woocommerce developers still change files, today is 3.1.2 version. We have updated theme files to be compatible with woocoomerce version 3.0.x, but now we need to re-check files and update them to 3.1.2 because there is some modifications in woocommerce templates.

1. You can find all scripts in this file: wp-content\themes\node\assets\js\modules.js so just find slick slider for portfolio list and set autoplay option to true. Once you change slick slider and adjust values to fit your needs, than just minify that file using some tool like this: http://jscompress.com/ and name that file as modules.min.js and save it to same folder to overwrite existing file.

2. Just go to Pages -> Portfolio Slider, scroll down and find Edge Title section and there you need to upload some other image. Please take a look: https://www.screencast.com/t/VzzZXLNY

You can try with this easy fix:

Recently, WooCommerce released new update where are some major changes. We are working on our new theme updates where we will include compatibility for it. The Envato is currently experiencing some issues with the customer verification. Please try submitting a ticket a bit later, just before you do this, delete your browser cache and login again with the Envato account from which you have bought the theme.

After I updated WPML I just had to fight the theme CSS a bit to get it working properly but that was expected.

WPML pushed an update that changed the way it worked with nav walkers. This was the cause, not a theme issue really. Just a compatibility issue that is now fixed. Just requires a little CSS love to get it perfect
