Hi Themovation,
the booking system saves the event attendees list for each event / hour slot? If so the list can be downloaded? can you also tell me if the booking system provides some sort of check-in options?

Hello, thanks for your interest. Yes, you can export your booking data to CSV, providing you with a nice spreadsheet of data. You can filter by appointment date, approved or pending, and by specific calendar.
With regards to your check-in, I’m not sure I follow you. Can you explain?

From what I understand all the attendees are grouped in a single csv and we have to filter it to get the attendees of a single event.. we have 14 recurring events per week with different hours being able to export the attendees list for each event would be great =)
By check in I mean a Ui that helps the staff to register the attendees for the event the result would be a list with people who got there and the ones who didn’t show up… I hope I could explain that..

The export options allow you to filter by the following, https://cl.ly/372o0w252u3R – So you could have 1 calendar for a specific event and then specify the timeslots / spaces for that evetn to run every week.
When you run the export you will get all attendees for that event / calendar, not specific to the timeslot. The spreadsheet will allow you to sort by start time and date , it also contains custom field data.
The plugin does allow specific agents to have access to a specific calendar and you have admin control to approve / set pending to any registration. You can also edit some customer information. It’s pretty flexible.

also sending attendees tickets by email with barcode / qr code and a system to scan it would be science fiction =) (yeah I know)

I like your theme and am considering to purchase it however I would like to check some points previously to make sure it works with our project. - We are going to feature a variety of sample tours, however without pricing, the tour pages should only include main characteristics of the tour, itinerary and a call to action which leads to an enquiry form with several questions (no booking is made on the website) - In the main menu there should be two main categories that feature tours, one is divided by destinations, the other one by type of experience Is your theme flexible enough to make it work?
Hi there, yes it sounds like the theme would work very well for you! The whole booking system is completely optional so you do not need to use it if it is not needed. You can instead setup forms using the included form plugin if you like.
You can also setup multiple pages of tours using the included Tours feature, and can display them in multiple categories.

Hello, thank you. Yes, you do not need to use the payments module. It can work in the way you have described. In addition to that we also include a form builder so there are many way to take enquiries. It’s very flexible.

Hi, love the design. I’m wondering if this theme and booking system would also work for multi-day tours as most of the current examples seem to be aimed towards day tours and activities.
Thank you for your interest. The booking system is designed for daily time slots or all day booking. The plugin author has not made multi-day booking available yet. The great thing about this theme is its flexibility, you can use any booking system you wish, in fact, you could use a second booking plugin just for your multi day tours if that works for you. If you have any questions please let us know.
Hi, is this system can set for ‘date to date’ booking? I tried to find travel theme for vehicle rental, with hours or days booking option.
Hello, thanks for your interest. The booking calendar is awesome. The way it works is that you setup time slots during the day, 9-10 or 9-12, or all day. Then you can set how many spaces are available for each time slot ( also optional ). When the calendar is displayed it will show availability. The customer can choose the date and time slot. There is a calendar view and also a list view.
