Hi there, A week ago we contacted you regarding a problem we are having with the mobile version of your theme (the header title tag is missing) you did attempt to fix it and it worked but then we found it had interfered with all other pages dropping out all the title tags so we have to re-upload our back up. Another is we are having is loading speed is very slow for mobile and we are also not able to scroll down before the website is fully loaded. So that is 3 issues all up.
1: The mobile header title tag is missing 2: Mobile load speed is low and it is not compatible with Nitro pack 3: Not being able to scroll before the page loads is an issue too.

ISSUE: 1 (Security Issue after using So Filter By Shop) If you visit my store home page you will see that the SSL https:// is active: https://xyz.com/shop/ and once you click a category you will notice the SSL https:// is still active: https://xyz.com/shop/xyz
*However, once you visit a category page and click any filter option it “DEACTIVATES & REMOVES” the SSL https:// and makes the page unsecure: http://xyz.com/shop/xyz&subcate_id=72
ISSUE 2: SO Filter Shop By isn’t filtering the correct products. In the example below, Premium has (9) items in the Subcategory So Filter Shop By. However, when you click the 9 it brings up “ALL” items in the category instead of just the 9 items listed. Example: https://xyz.com/shop/index.php?route=product/category&path=59&subcate_id=72ISSUE 3: So Filter Shop By “Price Slider” doesn’t filter products by price.
ISSUE 4: So Filter Shop By “RESET” doesn’t work after you try to filter options. You have to try “RESET” after you tried to filter an option to see it does not work.

is your OpenCart 2.3? Please download the package from themeforest, and install the package: so_himarket_template_oc2.3.0_v1.0.5.ocmod.zip
You should make sure : max_execution_time=3000
max_input_vars = 25000
post_max_size=350M
upload_max_filesize=200M
By create 1 .php file in your Root site folder, example: phpinfo.php
add 1 code line: <?php phpinfo(); ?>
then go to your Domain/phpinfo.php, you will see these values inn PHP configuraton.

I’m using OC v2.3.0.2 and I’ve already downloaded and attempted to install the so_himarket_template_oc2.3.0_v1.0.5.ocmod.zip package and I get the same error message: File could not be uploaded.
I created the phpinfo.php file and visited domain/phpinfo.php and saw the values listed. I still can not upload the so_himarket_template_oc2.3.0_v1.0.5.ocmod.zip package.
