Please make sure to select H-Code WordPress theme instead of H-Code HTML Template in the ITEM dropdown in create ticket page and then it should work fine.

We do not have secondary menu feature but you can add submenu by adding full url with hash value like http://www.domain.com/about/#team, so user will land on your team section of about page.

I don’t see an answer here to our original question, which is:

1.) “How do we install the one-page menu to ONLY one page?” (in a multi-page site)? I don’t see directions on how to do this in your documentation, or your reply here – so if you could please explain, that would be great!

Additionally, a follow up question:

2.) If you don’t have a secondary menu feature, then what does the “set secondary menu” refer to in the theme options – this seems to imply that there IS a secondary menu available – can you please elaborate?

1) Yes you can create your new menu and assign that menu to your specific page at edit your page > H-Code Page Settings at bottom > Menu. You can refer this article – http://wpdemos.themezaa.com/h-code/documentation/how-to-setup-onepage-menu/ for onepage menu setup.

2) That secondary menu is used as a right side menu when you have selected centred logo header style.

H-Code is compatible with WC latest version 3.1.2 and WC do not have wishlist feature by default and hence H-Code do not have it also also but you can use any plugin for that and implement custom styling as per your need.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did a little trouble shooting and it appears if you have the plugin Grammarly https://app.grammarly.com/ installed it breaks the page. I’m not sure why, but upon disabling the plugin, and refreshing the page, everything viewed correctly.

It may be possible that plugin is adding some elements / style in browser which is conflicting and generating scroll bar in the browser.

yes I had attempted this using my own site and it is not allowing me to login and kicks me right back to the Under Construction Page but does not allow me to access the login. I have updated the theme and plugins, everything is current. Additional suggestions?

By default excerpt is plain text in WordPress and if excerpt is blank then it will use some words from post content but HTML tags will be stripped to avoid breaking page layout with unfinished HTML tags.

We have not tested above plugins and hence they are not listed as compatible also. Basically they should work fine if there is no code conflict between theme and plugin. In the case of conflict you may need to do required changes in theme or plugin code and/or css to make it work and style as per your need.
