When you use boxed/framed it only changes the width of the topbar/menu, the footer and the slider. Is there not a way to have the width of the site match each other althroughout? Same for full width, it makes these things full width but the actual content is not.

Is the Italian language available on this theme?

Hi there, the Flatsome theme is great. I run it on two websites. Unfortunately, the update to version 3.9.9 causes problems with an important German plugin called German Market. There are several legal requirements, an online store has to meet in Germany, otherwise the owner could be sued – and for this, that plugin is needed. In one of my shops I did the mistake and updated the Flatsome theme from 3.3.8 to 3.3.9. – in that shop the “buy” button in the checkout disappeared and it will only come back if I either deactivate the Flatsome theme or the German Market plugin. Both is not an option for me. Could you fix that, please? The support just told me to contact the authors of German Market. Well, I´ll do so, but since their plugin works with the standard theme and has worked with Flatsome until version 3.3.8. I guess they won´t be able to help much with that.

Hi, I’m using Flatsome and I’ve just rolled back to WooCommerce 2.6 (my client’s freight handler doesn’t support 3.1 yet), and after doing so the Cart page isn’t displaying properly. I have three items in the cart, and only the thumbnail of one of the item displays, with the ‘x’ button next to it. Clicking on the ‘x’ removes the item, and then the next item’s thumb displays.

When I first rolled back, all of my products were ‘Hidden’, so I’ve changed them to all be visible in Catalogue and Search. That’s the only change I’ve made.

Can I make the header transparent?

Good morning, I bought the Flatsome theme a few days ago but I do not work with the UX Builder, it keeps loading and it does not open anything and as a result I can not work and upload photos to my home page. How can I do? Have I verified that all WooCommerce statuses were right and I am, in case I can be reimbursed on the purchase? Because if I can not use it as a theme I have spent money unnecessarily. theme frontend working good, but in admin side theme options menu redirect to customize.php url and display blank page. and show console error that is :

I need to clarify a few requirements regarding the theme:

1. I need to work with multi currency, the base will be EUR then USD and REAL i will need to identify automatically the country of the user and with that, i need to display prices in EUR for European country’s (if automatically perfect, if not at least if i can maintain those country’s in a list on the wordpress backend) , for Brazil, would be specifically in REAL and all the rest of the world USD, is this possible builtin or do i need extra plugin´s ?

2. This theme fully supports wp all import? i will need to automate several product imports, categories mapping etc…

3. I read already on the support info that theme also supports wpml , as this plugin some incompatibility with the ones stated on point 1 and 2? Can i use automatic translations? having a base language, Portuguese and translate automatically the content to English? would it be possible also to detect the country of the user? and switch language accordingly?

Dear UXThemesSupport. I been waiting for more then two days for a respond from UX mail support (and this is not the first time!). I asked for help for infinite scrolling that suddenly stopped work. I asked to change Item Selector from .post to .post-item, which not helped (it’s breaking the infinite scrolling posts). I am really sorry that it is happened to me, but I purchased your Theme and suppose to have 6 month support (which I don’t really see). Image is not staying centered on smaller screens when using 2 columns shortcode. The image is centered properly within the column when the screen is at full width, but becomes aligned left once the screen narrows.
