Additionally, our links are no longer displaying as green. They are all black which you can’t see. You guys helped with this before using custom CSS but it is no longer showing.

Make sure you check that your Real Estate 7 Options > custom CSS > use custom styles is set to Yes

I’ve been trying for hours now to install demo content. I noticed that using the second method, while trying to download the uploads.zip folder from https://s3.amazonaws.com/re7-uploads/uploads.zip the download stalls.
If you check the “Import file attachments” when using the WordPress Importer V2 you won’t actually need to FTP the uploads folder to your wp-content directory on your server it’ll be done automatically. I literally just did a manual install for another buyer earlier this afternoon. Thanks for your patience.
Did a clean WP Install and I’m running the Demo Importer, it’s been going for half an hour now, but I’ve checked over FTP and a lot of images have been transferred successfully. I’ll hold tight for a bit longer to let it complete the process. Thanks for your support. Will let you know once it’s done and if everything’s fine.
It’ll take a little bit keep in mind there’s quite a few large images in total to download from my server to yours, so just hold tight until it gets to 100% and you’ll be all set.
Still battling through the import. Had to cancel the one from the Demo Importer on options. Trying the manual one with WP Importer V2, and it seems to be going fine, but the % of media items and terms has gone way over 100%.

The plugin is still in beta so the percentage going over is just a small bug go ahead and check the actual number and the front end you’re probably all set to go.
Finally got it working. Having some issues still… I want to change the whole primary or secondary colour, the green one. Been trying to do so on Options/Skin, but it doesn’t reflect on the front end.
Got the colour options working. I want to disable de user login site wide, is there an option to do it?

That’s part of my Contempo Real Estate Custom posts plugin language file along with some other strings easiest way to do that is to use the free https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ plugin. Using Poedit is fine but a little archaic, Loco Translate lets you do everything super easily all through your WordPress admin, but its up to you both ways work. Thanks for your purchase!

Envato always pushed their own services it’s honestly ridiculous but nothing is authors can do about it, you’ll need to work this out with the contractor you hired or Envato Studio support by asking for a refund.

I don’t get such option in Real Estate 7 Options/Demo Importer. I only see three options: Landing Page, Multi Listing, Vacation Rentals.
Make sure you’ve installed and activated my “Contempo Real Estate Extensions Loader” plugin that includes the demo importer as well as some other required things, thanks for your purchase!

That’s coming from the Redux Framework plugin I personally haven’t seen that error before but it looks like your server might be blocking the mkdir function, you’ll need to contact your hosting support they’ll be able to help you out with that real quick. Thanks for your purchase!

I increased the memory in the “wp-config.php” file and also through my hosting but it does not work.
Even though you increase the settings most cheaper shared hosts won’t allow it as its on a shared environment you’ll just need to do the manual method takes no time at and make sure to check “Import attachements” when using the WordPress Importer V2

Hello, I am writing to you because I just purchased a this theme for the second time, installed it on server and when I install all the plugins, the /wp-admin/ and all the back-end crashes and it returns error 500, the front end continues working tho, but I can’t access the wordpress CMS.
Sounds like a definite plugin conflict you’ll need to turn on debug or check your raw server error logs, your hosting provider can help with that.
First thing check out https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/ If that doesn’t show whats causing the error then contact your hosting provider and check out the raw server error logs.
Indeed it is a plugin, I found out it is the contempo-real-estate-7-extensions-loader that causes the crash. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
I’ve got the same theme installed in this server with another URL, and it all works fine, but for this second install, it just crashes…
Definitely something different with your other server configure you’ll need to check the raw error logs or tune debug on and test, your hosting provider can help with that.
