I’m not sure if I installed the theme wrong but it gave me this error when I went to customize it.
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at {webmaster email} to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I just checked the other comments and I am working on fixing it
I fixed the 500 internal server error I followed what you had said on another comment.
When I go to activate edge core plugin it says:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’||’ (T_BOOLEAN_OR), expecting ‘)’ in /home/{WEBSITE}/public_html/{WEBSITE}/home/wp-content/plugins/edge-core/post-types/portfolio/shortcodes/portfolio-list/portfolio-list.php on line 1254
I’m also not sure how to get it to show the landing page you have. You said on another comment that once you import the demo you will have it but I’m not sure where the demo is located that I am to import
Fixed the issue with the Edge Core puglin…..
My main issue right now is that I cant seem to get the landing page to show up. I imported “eldritch-export” XML located in the “xml export” folder. and when I got the to homepage it doesn’t have landing page the homepage is really weird
Never mind I think I’m figuring it all out right now sorry about all these comments I cant delete them
It doesnt finish when I try to import the demo using edge core it goes to about 40% then stops

1. Please note that the images we use on our demo sites are copyrighted, and if you’d like to publish them on your site, you would need to purchase them separately. We bought most of our images on Shutterstock. Thanks. I made the decision to go on and buy this theme in a couple of weeks because it will save me so much time. I have artwork for most of the site already to switch out with what you have up. I just liked the line art and did not feel like creating it myself. I’ve learned with templates it is best to ask than to assume it comes with.
Thanks for the info on Revolution Slider too. I will use my license on a different site since this one comes with it already set up. Does the separator line that is used in the game site slider at the top of home page come with the theme or is that an art element too?

Hello I love the theme and have a pre-sale question. Is it possible to create the landing page as well as it shows in your theme? I’m talking about the fullscreen Eldritch logo with the ghost in the background.

Hey, guys, love the product but I have a question. Is there a way to switch headers for specific pages using the Eldritch Theme? If so how exactly do I do that? For instance:
I would like to use the basic navigation/menu for a vast majority of my pages but for a plugin that I’m using (wiki) I want to use the vertical menu/header. However, it doesn’t seem like I can set permissions specifically for that plugin to set that page up properly.

Very cool gaming theme.
2 things i noticed in the demo;
1. There is no “Create account” for the forum.
2. Using the login on the forum page leads to an unstyled “lost password” page.

Hi! I purchased your theme, it’s awesome. But now I’ve problem with js-composer, I guess. When I try to edit the pages, returns “500 Internal Server Error” and I can’t do anything. Can you help me to resolve? I tried to send a ticket on your support web site, but doesn’t work! I don’t know why!

1. Internal Server Error 500 is usually related to server settings as the name of the error suggests.
There could be several causes of this problem. First you should do is contact your hosting provider and ask them about this, and also ask them to check your error log, to see what does it say there?
Also, read this article http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
And try the solutions from it, increasing your memory_limit parameter first, it could be low and that could be the cause of this.
And also, it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
2. There is some issue with Ticksy because they are migrating APP to new servers. It s 3rd party service which we are paying for and unfortunately we don’t have any control over it, but you can check status and to Tweet to them over their Twitter account https://twitter.com/ticksyapp . Regarding your support requests if you can’t access Ticksy soon, and if you are faced with something urgent feel free to contact our support over email support[@]edge-themes.com at and they will reply to you asap.

The theme is great but if you are new to wordpress (like me) it’s a nightmare to make a site to your specifications even if you import demos as a guide. An indepth tutural would have been nice as the documentation only covers the basics. I also noticed that it’s not SEO optimized…(Yes I know, get a plugin) Overall though, if you want a theme to showcases a product that is highly image/graphic based then this theme is perfect. I’m (Trying) to use it to promote a graphic novel and film so I felt that it was ideal. I’m hoping to overcoming this difficult hurdle of creating my own site.
