Glad you are sorted! This would be the H2 heading and can be changed in the InVogue Settings panel. First set InVogue Settings / Styling. You will see that there are 4 Accent Colors. These Accents Colors gets used throughout the site. Now browse to InVogue Settings / Typography and set the H2 to one of the Accent colors.

Hi I am interested in buying this theme however I have a few questions. On the shop page there is list of categories, is there option to exclude certain categories from that list, I have seen there is code for woocommerce to exclude categories but does it work with your theme? Many thanks

The sidebars you see on our theme is integrated with WooCommerce, thus anything you change in WooCommerce will reflect in our theme.

hey Milos, we have a problem with individual css. We use the visual composer plugin to build our pages. Now we try to modify the css settings at page, but all instructions are ignored. (example: . htheme_instagram_holder_mosaic_two { height: 300px!important; } or .htheme_modern_info h2 { font-size: 32px!important; letter-spacing: 4.5px!important; }. what’s wrong? When we use the field in the Invogue settings panel, then it is working, but we need different settings for some css instructions on different pages.

I have got two questions.
First one, Is there no possibility to change to color of header from inVouge settings panel?
Secondly, when I change the height of home slider it doesn’t work. It is still 700px of height. it works when I overwrite styles in custom css (General Settings). Please help

The header settings can be changed individually on each page when editing from the ‘Header Settings’ section just below the content area. However if you’re referring to the navigation bar section in the header this can be done on the ‘inVogue Settings > Header’ tab. With regard to the the home slider height please could you send us a support ticket with access info for the site so that I can look into what the issue might be?

Hi, thank you for fast reply. 1. Both examples of changing header color don’t work. Maybe I do something not properly? Background of header I have white but it is still transparent. Look: http://scr.hu/993a/39ni4
2. Refering to the home slider. It is still 700px height. Look: http://scr.hu/993a/aru4g Even if I change this in invouge Settings > Home Slider > Slider Height for example for 1080px it doesn’t change. I can change it only overwriting css .htheme_top_holder class.

Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php.
How do we resolve this issue?

If you need to make any custom changes to the theme’s WooCommerce templates you’ll need to do so within the ‘invogue/woocommerce’ folder within the required file. WooCommerce template files that are used within a theme have priority over the template files within the ‘plugins/woocommerce’ folder.

The theme provides two different layout options for the blog, a standard one column list layout and a mosaic layout. You’ll also have the option of enabling a sidebar for either layout. I’ve included a couple of links for you below to our demo page which shows these layouts. However we won’t be able to assist with creating a custom layout for this.

We are using an Extended License for Slider Revolution that is bundled within inVogue, so there’s no need to update it form your side. We will make sure that we update Slider Revolution to the latest version with every big theme update that gets pushed out. You can then simply update your theme and Visual Composer will also be updated.

Hi there, I am having the same issue as others have posted but my support is expired. The contact form sends the form to the admin email but also to the sender. This is a bug that definitely should be fixed in the next update and doesn’t really fall under custom support in my eyes, it is an error in how you setup the contact form. Can you please post a fix for this and also fix the issue in your next update. Thanks.

This is an intended function so that both the user and site admin have a record of the contact form message being sent. However if you’d like to modify this so the user doesn’t receive a copy of the message we can help with modifying the code. If you could please send through a support ticket by choosing the ‘not purchased’ option and including your purchase code in the message body I’ll be able to provide you with an outline of the required change.

Hi In a few cases we’ve seen that this can be due to some PHP settings causing the demo install to time out. I’ve included below the three settings that could perhaps be the cause, if you could please try and increase the max execution time to be 60 seconds or higher and the memory limit and post max size to be 64MB or larger. This can usually be set from your hosting control panel or through the ‘php.ini’ file.

I have not purchased this plugin yet, but based on my experience with theme compatibility, I will not install a theme that is not officially listed as being compatible with my installed versions. I have been through this pain before and ended up having to rollback everything.

Please do note that theme styling options such as fonts, colors and other settings would still need to be edited from the theme options section within the WordPress backend.

The ‘Stylish Grid’ element is intended to have a URL for each image placed within it and I’m afraid does not include a pop/lightbox preview of this image when clicked as the click is intended to go to the URL provided for the item so I’m afraid this would not be possible.

hello do you have any suggestion to realize that? install a plugin for image lightbox and ad in the stylish grid url field the url withs some specific html/javascript? or do you have other element to create a products catalog gallery? with lightbox ora something similar.

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with a lightbox plugin that I could recommend however it could be possible to try an make use of a plugin to do this for you but it would need to be tested out first to confirm.
With the built in elements however you can perhaps use the mosaic product layout which would show products themselves in a similar layout and a preview button would be available for each product that would show the product details along with the featured image. I’ve included a link for you to our demo page showing this layout.

Another option might be for us to enable the default Visual Composer page elements for you and you can then see if one of these page elements can better cater for this layout. In order to do this you’d need to navigate to the ‘inVogue Settings’ page and add in the following to the end of the URL ‘&visual=yes’ i.e. the link would be:
https://yoursite.coml/wp-admin/themes.php?page=htheme_settings&visual=yesYou can then navigating to the ‘Visual Composer’ tab which will be available just above the ‘Mega Menu’ tab. From here you can select the ‘Enable default VC elements’ option. Please just note we don’t recommend disabling this option once enabled.

This will include everything you need. Everything was built on-top of Visual Composer, so no coding is needed.
