We did it on home page with some custom css and to apply same design on other page you need to apply classes manually. If you are talking about the section showing in screenshot http://tinyurl.com/y7m72shs, we would recommend you to leave as it is right now, it has more content which might have issues in right position with this font size, you either have to reduce the font size or show 2 columns per row.

Please confirm if you want the exact same design, it requires some changes in structure and css to achieve it.

We believe you are taking about the top section showing about content with 2 other grid blocks and requirement is to have links to go to other pages from there, right now there is no options to add link or html in this block but it can be done with few code changes. We are working on theme upgrade and will update it soon with required feature but we can do it on your site directly if you can send us your site admin and ftp details on support@theironnetwork.org.

Saral theme supports rtl, but when we use visual composer it applies inline css to the elements based on direction. It seems you have enabled language but visual componser shortcodes are not adjusted accordingly. We can better suggest for the issue you if you can send us a screenshot of the issue ( them option page ) after enabling debug mode in wp-config file by changing wp_debug to true as below
