The theme is saying the following when i try to upload it: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”

Hello i purchased this theme however having issues with product images uploaded on the detail page when you click through.
Why are they zoomed in? and displaying showing only 50% of the product as if the image is too big for the space /div. They are also distorted.
Please help? I’ve tried different homepages but still have the same issue.

before i renew my support, i need to understand exactly what that includes. when i first purchased the theme, there were coding issues and you all tried to charge me to customize when it was faulty code.
I am trying to update content and i am getting error again that are not related to my content. it is the coding. if i pay for support, will you all resolve code issues that i have not caused?

Hi. Is there a way i can contact besides the comment section. I am having a number of problems with the theme. I had an e-com specialist look through everything and he confirm the problems are not something I or he can fix and is an issue with the theme itself. The theme isn’t published bc it’s that bad! Is there an update?
Product pages: there is a header blocking all of my product images…you can only see the very bottom of a product. My social buttons are turned on but do not display. The subtotal section text is out of format. My product thumbnails/detailed pics do not display. The product tabs options does not toggle on/off.
Home page: The banner does not auto play. The banner arrows are not responsive.
Newsletter: The option has been turned off but it still pop-up when you visit the site
Again, I had a front end dev/e-com special log in and he confirmed these are theme bugs out of my control. I will need to give you log in info to take a look asap please! Thank you

I think I’ve found a bug. When I upload a photo for a product, on the product page the photo is super zoomed in, and doesn’t show the full photo.

Purchased the theme and trying to set up and on product page when selecting product tabs – where can we edit the content in the tabs?
Also main images on product page are cropping and only showing the bottom half. is there any way to make the images square as oppose to rectangular and show the whole image.

i just removed it form theme.css. it disfigured my website but still didint change to lowercase letters.
I also edited the guru to lowercase file but nothing changed

Hello! I just purchased your theme and am using in a partner test environment before I push to live. I’m curious if you could help me with the image resizing. Currently my product pictures on the detailed product page don’t fit the right size, they are being chopped off. I’d like them to be the standard view(full size) with thumbnails underneath.
I’m not sure which lines in the theme code to edit to keep as normal. They show up good on the quickview, I would like that to be the same for the product view as well.

Fantastic thank you! Another thing I’ve noticed as well is that product rows have some gaps in them, and on our ‘shop by type’ it moves an item to a 2nd row for some reason. (see attached screenshots)

But it does not function correctly at all, it is unclickable. I hover and it moves it to the next row, then I try and hover on it there and it moves it to the row above.

Sorry to bug, but for some reason the autoplay on the slideshow stopped working? Also the arrows appear for a short second then disappear on desktop but on mobile it is fine. I don’t remember turning them off so hopefully you can help me out here!

So we pushed to live and for some reason it reverted some changes that I havent been able to fix.
On the product detail page, it shows both prices (regular | sale) next to eachother with no styling. Before it showed the reg price in red, and sale price crossed out. I would like it to keep the styling.
Also the slide show is acting strange and the arrows show for a second then and the slideshow stops even though its set on auto. So if you could help me out with these that would be amazing.

The product page image is cutting the product picture in half. I can send screenshots if needed. The default pages look fine its just when I activate the theme. I am using the 5th layout style
