The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Because you installed the package which contains documentation, psd, ..., not just the theme package. You need to extract your package and install the boxshop.zip file in there.

You go to Theme Options > Product Details tab. You find the Product Sharing option and turn it off.
The social sharing buttons allows other users/customers to share your products on their social network, not only you. So you don’t need to have account for them. If you still want to remove Twitter and Google+ buttons, you can add the custom css below

You should check the following things:
- Your contact form configuration to make sure that you enter the correct email https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/.
- Your SPAM box. It may send to the SPAM box.
- Try disabling all third party plugins and check it again.
Most plugins send email by using wp_mail() function that is a core function of WordPress. It is similar with WooCommerce. So, for more information, you can read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/.

Hi, for a my client I have bought the organic theme and I have seen that on Pagespeed I have a very low mobile score due to the images, even though they are optimized and compressed. I have seen that images are uploaded at normal size instead of individual thumbnails, as in the Shop page, where the mobile score is much higher, despite there are many more photos. How can I solve this problem? Thank You.

Hi… Love the theme… Few quirky things I still have to work out, but that’s ok… 1 question though. On your Electronics demo, when I get to the single product page, the top header (contact, currency, language, etc) and footer fields are all full width, while the content of the page has more of a boxed feel. How do I replicate that on all pages (Except home)? And by doing so, will this remove the shadowed box around the content?

The page title is in the breadcrumb area. You go to Theme Options > Color Scheme tab. You find the Breadcrumb Heading Color option and change its value.

Thank you for your answer, the problem with change the color in the breadcrumb Heading Color is that option affect all the headers, and the others header has a background image so the white color is perfect for this case.

You edit your Shop page. In Page Options, you change the Breadcrumb Layout option to Default. It will use the breadcrumb layout which you select in Theme Options (like other pages).
