Hi,
I have a little annoying bug with the theme : every time I save a page, rows with a cover background image are displayed in tile mode.
When I take a look in the text mode, I see that this code has been deleted :bg_image_repeat="verve_cover"
Have you got a solution ?

Unfortunately there’s no HTML version. Not sure if this is an option for you, but you can purchase the WordPress version, create your own content using WordPress and then use the browser to generate the HTML version.

I added the youTube URL to ‘Video thumbnail MP4 file path’ setting in a portfolio post but the thumbnail in the portfolio feed doesn’t appear.
The video appears fine in the post (using iframe embed) and there is no featured image set for the post. Also the option to skip featured image and lightbox is off.
So the post is looking fine. I just can’t get the thumbnail to preview the video. With these settings the portfolio item doesn’t appear in the portfolio feed.
How do I fix that?

On the option ‘Video thumbnail MP4 file path’ you need to add an mp4 file path. YouTube linking will not work there. Just upload a video into the media library and enter the URL there. Make sure also that you upload the .webm version to ensure cross browser compatibility.

My Homepage was set up to show the ‘Multi-image carousel’. It now suddenly shows the ‘Carousel portfolio/navigation’. How could this happen and how can I change it back?

Ok, will look into it. Strange thing is: on smartphones, the Multi-image carousel is visible, not on other devices.
What do you mean with Settings > Reading? The Wordpress setting or your theme’s setting? What;s with the setting?

I’m just following up on your last email (dated 4 Sep), regarding compatibility of Verve with MailPoet 3.
You mentioned “According to this page https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailpoet, version 3 is not the latest stable version of the plugin. Let’s wait until this version goes live.”
I think that version 3 has now been released properly? It was updated a few days ago and now says on the link above “It’s fully featured, stable and supported.”. I think the only reason version 2 is still available is to give people some cross-over time.
MailPoet also checked out our website and said “Looks like you have an issue with the loading of the external scripts. The jQuery is loaded async and might be the issue.” and suggested I contact the theme devs. :OP
What do you think is the next step to get this issue resolved? If you can check this out, that would be much appreciated as I’m keen to get MailPoet 3 working on the site ASAP.

The theme is not loading jQuery in async mode. If on your install you have that, then it should caused by a plugin.
About Mailpoet: version 2 was working and version 3 does not work anymore. This always makes me think that the plugin introduced a change that is not cross theme compatible and it should be (we all agree on that).

Hi there, Wondering if you can address a problem I’m having… I want to add a some class css (not totally sure what that is, but I’m adding in a popup and that’s what I’m supposed to do) to a button on my home page… but not sure where to put this info:
When add this information to the “extra class name” or “custom css” options , it only takes me up to the top of the home page. Any ideas why, or where I should be putting this info? I’d like for the person to click the button, and see the specific pop-up.

HI, I have just installed verve but visual composer will just not load. I have tried multiple browsers and a reinstall but all I get is the loading icon in the middle of the screen. What do I do please? safari and Chrome both latest versions on a mac.

You are using a plugin or an element that requires Javascript to play these videos and in this case you should turn OFF the Ajax load option on the General tab of the theme options. This is also stated on the theme documentation.
