Hi Melissa.
I want to use 11 of the images that came with the template. I did a check and noticed in a previous comment here that this is done by creating a ticket and requesting the information for where one can buy them.
I tried that, but they will not provide me with that information, because as they say “Your support for this item has expired”.
I must say that that seems to me counterproductive. I want to buy a product but they will not tell me where I can do that unless I buy a new support package.
That to me is not fair.
I think that information should be available for all of us and we should not have to buy a support subscription just to get information where we can buy the included copyrighted images.
I have never bought a template before where the images were copyrighted so was not expecting this. And I was not aware that these images are copyrighted until after the purchase (this is only mentioned on the last line of the page).
I only want to know where I can buy the images, not buy another period of support.
Please can you help?

I used home2 as my default homepage. Home 2 and Home 1 have a difference top-header. when I create a new page and public it goes with top-header of Home 1. I want all page come with Home2 top-header.

1. Please update the theme to the most recent version following the directions below:
1. Make the full site backup.
.2. Navigate to wp-content/themes directory on FTP and rename the cloe-brooks folder to cloe-brooks123, for example.
3. Then upload the unzipped cloe-brooks theme from the new theme update package to wp-content/themes directory on FTP.
4. With that done correctly, you should go to Appearance – Themes in admin and should see the new theme version for the parent theme instead of the old version. Please do not click ‘Activate’ in order not to lose the changes. If the old jacqueline theme is renamed on FTP and the new version is uploaded via FTP properly ( see points 2-3 above), you should see the new theme version already activated.
Also, please note that if you use the child theme for your site, please make sure to have the child theme backup as well, also please note that if you activate the parent theme instead of the child theme, you will lose all settings. In order to avoid that, please read this article (it is on Invetex theme, so please note that in your case it will be ‘cloe-brooks’ instead of ‘invetex’ in the code: https://themerex.ticksy.com/article/9476

We bought the template themeforest-19235247-psychology-counseling-and-medical-site-template; We’ve been trying to install it for more than 1 week, but it does not go up. The HTML version is not compatible with Wordpress so it cannot be installed into Wordpress. The posts are in Services section in admin http://prntscr.com/fyfhh5 . So you can either delete the posts or edit the shortcode settings to display as much posts as you need in that section.

Hello, I just purchased this theme and it is not uploading to my wordpress site. I am uploading the correct file, “cloe-brooks.zip”, and it is just stalling. memory_limit (up to) 256M or 512M for creating custom color schemes with LESS CSS compiler.

1. Log into your web server with FTP client software.
2. Unzip the cloe-brooks.zip file and ONLY use the extracted /cloe-brooks theme folder.
