Hola, he comprado tu plantilla y no me funciona. Cuando activo el tema no me sale las opciones para configurarlo y cuando instalo “Elated Core” me da un error 500 en el servidor. Agradecería una respuesta rápida ya que tengo a un cliente a la espera de una propuesta.

HTTP error 500 is usually related to server, and in this case it may be related to low PHP version, so contact them and ask them to set PHP version according WordPress https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ but it should also work with PHP 5.6.8 since it is high enough for WooCommerce plugin which is supported by our theme.

There is no built in functionality to do so since image holder is reserved for Add To Cart button and Quick-look and Wishlist buttons https://www.screencast.com/t/LBfWnkZ6 so we have integrated link only for Product title.

Guys, your documentation’s menu does not work and we’ve been struggling to import the demo content. Not nice… Memory limit 512MB and upload limit 32MB.

You don’t need to purchase included plugins separately, because they will be updated with the theme with each theme update which is normal. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Do i need to pay for the revolution slider? please can you answer this question as im confused

Bundled plugins are included in theme and you do not need to purchase them separately. They will work fine using extended licence we have bought. So just navigate to Revolution Slider section and there try creating sample slider, or import our sliders and check that Revolution Slider is working fine.

I have have worked on lots of themes and this is by far the most complicated. i have installed the theme with the demo data but am finding it difficult to set it all up as a working website. The revolution slider in the demo is coming up with this error Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-1 not found. and its asking me to activate the slider which is $25 can you send me the activation code for revolution slider

Revolution Slider comes with our theme as bundled plugin via extended licence we have bought. More about it can be found in this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866/ and also there is another useful link on Envato about bundled plugins in that article.
So, Revolution Slider will work fine for you, just ignore messages and warning about activation of it.
For the missing slider issue, you need to import that slider. In order to do so you need navigate to Slider Revolution > Import Sliders and import them from xml export/rev slider folder. You need to import them one by one. If you still have problem with it please submit a ticket to our support forum https://elated.ticksy.com/ and our support agent will gladly assist you with this.

Thank you for your response! The import is still not working after I’ve increased memory on wp-config.php file. Also I don’t have any options for selecting any demo other than ‘Satine’ I want to upload the demo content for the confectionary shop -

Please also increase PHP directives and repeat demo import few times as suggested in that article. Regarding different home pages, they are all contained within that single demo import. After import you just need to set desired home page from WordPress back end > Settings > Reading, and if you continue to have problems, please submit a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress admin there so someone from our team can try to import demo content for you.

We have not tested that plugin with our theme and we can not grantee it’s compatibility with our theme. For the Shop functionality we have integrated WooCommerce plugin and our theme is fully compatible with it.
