I am still having issues with mobile – it seems to have a bug. If I use the “mobile settings” to alter the text or the images it changes ALL the pages – not just the mobile page. Can you tell me if this is being addressed with a new update?

After Installing and activating the theme when I install and activate all the required and recommended plugins, installing the woo commerce plugin or any of its related plugin results in the website giving a 500 internal server error. Is that something you can help me figure out what the issue is?

I have activate the theme on my wordpress and them its dessapeared , and now its said that the purchase code already been use , but I didn´t use that. But in my WP backoffice its said that I have 2 month left support so I think is using the right purshase code…

Hi, I do like the Wizestore Theme, looks really awesome! It works great on the desktop and on the mobile (iphone), however it does not seem to work on an ipad or on an ipad air. I can’t open the three horizontal lines of the menu on an ipad. What am I doing wrong? Best regards.

I activated theme on test site, then deactivated it an installed it to my real site. But now it won’t activate again because it’s already activated??? Help, what should I do?

hi- i hired a web developer to build my store, so i send the purchased theme zip file to him through cloud sharing and purchase code also.. he activated the theme on my domain but some how he could not complete the job so he discontinued. now i have deleted the theme from word press to reinstall it again.. when i am trying to upload it from my desktop folder where i saved it.. it is not uploading.. i am getting a page where it is saying are you sure you wanna do this? and when i am clicking it is taking me back to dashboard.. theme is not installing.. please tell me the possible reasons of this problem?

Hello! Unfortunately, the Woocomemrce plugin doesn’t provide product page customizer. You can’t move buttons or add more layouts. But everything is possible to do as a custom solution. You will be able to edit provided layouts with the theme via css,
