Files were copied whitout problem.
Try 3 times
files must be copierd to your root prestashop installation folder, maybe you copied to themes/warehouse instead root or you removed some files by mistake, update package if for 100% ok

Hi, my prestashop is fresh 1.7.2.3 and the warehouse version is the latest 4.1.2. When I try to activate Warehouse theme (Use this theme) the page goes white. I have to go back in browser and when I refresh it, Warehouse is not activated.
Please help me out asap, thank you so much, best regards.
UPDATE: Doesn’t help if I change permissions to 777. If I manually change theme_name from classic to warehouse in ps_shop table, Warehouse gets selected, but there are lots of things missing … this is not the right way for sure … please help, thanks loads!
UPDATE 2: I get 2 errors: “Exception in AddonsDataProvider.php line 259: Cannot execute request module_download to Addons“
And the second one: “Exception in AddonsDataProvider.php line 76: Error sent by Addons. You may need to be logged.“
I’m logged in Prestashop Addons, but it doesn’t help.

it is not theme related, it is problem with your server config, probably fopen() is disabled
I’ve contacted my hosting company support, because nothing helps if I enable allow_url_fopen in cPanel. There’s still “Allow the PHP fopen() function on your server“ notification in Prestashop dashboard.
If I clear cache from dashboard everything goes white also – that’s probably related? Via FTP\cache\smarty\cache\ it seems empty – there’s only index.php in.

Your issues are not theme related. “Allow the PHP fopen() function on your server” if there is such notification it means that it is not enabled for your domian, maybe it is enabled in global settings of your php but not for your prestashop domian

Hi, I has small problem. Elementor module don’t working for Warehouse for Prestashop 1.6 and 1.7. I want edit homepage, but Elementor don’t work. I can not add any widgets in this module because the red “X” appears when dragging, which indicates that it can not be done. Please solve the problem.
elementor module works only for prestashop 1.7, for prestashop 1.6 you need to use iqitcontencreator instead
i think you simply try to drop widget in place in which is not possible, try in diffrent place
Hello, you editing features of elementor plugin to not work in ie/edge(but generated content for your cusomrs will work fine) for editing you need to use diffrent browser, i will add notification about that in next version

4.1.2 works finre with latest ps 1.7.2.3

I can confirm, absolutly no problems with Safari (V11.00), 1.6 & 1.7 Themes.

See here 1.7 themes does not work on Safari browser, Only few demos / styles are working.

I checked in multiple times on varioouse devices, and it works perfectly fine. Also asked few friends and customer to check now and no one was able to reproduce issues which you report. It is all fine with safari browsers.

yes there are but mahybe this module gives you additional options of configuretion except default one from prestashop

Hi, I installed warehouse theme (4.1.2 latest version) on prestashop 1.7.1 and I have an issue with IQITmegamenu. Indeed, in the megamenu module we can’t add new tabs or edit menu informations because module tabs are not displaying. Maybe there is a JS conflict? Do you have an idea to fix that issue please?

I solved this issue. It was caused by a module from a different theme which had a css which hide form: .tab-content .tab-pane { display: none; }

Hi. With prestashop 1.7.2.2 I upgraded warehouse from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2. When I change theme to classic and return to warehouse I found that I lost my home layout and i can’t change it. I resolved with a old backup this problem. How can i fix it ? Is it a bug?
it loosk like elementor module is somehow unhooked, Go to design > positions, then translpant module > select elementor and translpant it to displayHome hook
