I have installed the the Kleanity theme on WP on a new server (we are switching providers) and uploaded our content using the All-in-One Migration plug-in. Front-end all looks good but the PageBuilder plugin does not work. Clicking on a page element throws an error “An error occurs” with no other details. This dialog disappears after about 2 seconds. I have tried disabling all other plugins and re-installing the theme, but nothing seems to work.

1. We don’t have the fixed left sidebar in this theme :/ We have left sidebar but it’s fluid.
2. Please note that the most important part of site speed is mainly from web hosting ability. And it also depends on some more factors such as internet speed connections, location of access, speed of devices etc…
BTW, about the theme, we have been trying our best to minimize the code but you have to keep in mind that we can’t disable all un-used code as the theme has many features and it’s created for many people to use so each people use different feature but the theme still has more feature that there’re using. (it’s difficult to explain but hope you got the points). But after all, as I said, This take really(really) little effect on site speed. The main part is from hot provider ability.
As you can see on our demo site. We run full features on it and it’s still pretty good….
Just a tip, you may try using a plugin as caching plugin as well. It might help

KLeanity persistently redirect logged out users. After a seriously long set of debug I find our ebsite is being blocked by kleanity. In the admin all is well, but anyone visiting the website is bluntly redirected to one page. If another theme is chosen thing fire up again. Re-Installed latest version, error is same in 4.8.3 and 4.9. Where could this redirect be rectified?

BTW, have you tried deactivating all plugins out and see if the problem still persists ?
If so, does the problem occurs when you switch to default “twenty seventeen” theme ?.

website: www.mijnplattegrond.nl When in the admin all pages are available and editable. When logged out or visiting website site persists serving one page. Strange thing is all urls in menu under the hood (firebug) are available, but server redirects. Did a thorough debunk of all plugins including an all-off. No difference. With standard theme website is OK. With other theme (tried several) website is OK.
Re-installed latest version of kleanity and child, nothing changes. Effect is same with 4.8.3 (now online) and 4.9.
Website www.mijnplattegrond.nl, we use it now to dev a site with a different name, but everything did work until recently.
Did you happen to enable the maintenance mode at the theme option > miscalleneous area?
bloody hell, why do you have a separate mode hidden in a dark corner for this? We standard use a plugin for that, AND we certainly did not engage this option by hand. You cost me over a day of wasted time. Tx a lot.
In the page builder, when I try to save a wrapper as a template it will not save. A green dot in a black box appears and disappears. I can save individual blocks but not a wrapper or a whole page as a template.

In this case, you have to use third party plugin. Try “Duplicate post” plugin.
Is the theme compatibile with Woocommerce Grid\List toggle plugins? If not there’s no way to have a list view in woocommerce Shop Page. It seems that theme override some Woocommerce CSS behavior.

hm, I’ve tried those three plugins already. However, it seems like the plugins itself isn’t functioning well because I even tried this default theme, not our theme and still no luck.
Can you try with default theme first to make sure? I don’t thing our theme override its css.
On your Preview, the links to the 6 Homepages get a functional home page, but clicking on any of the menu links, to see theme features, etc, brings you back to that broken “Main Demo” page.
Please respond when this is fixed, so I can check out the theme.
