Hello, 4 months ago I user who purchased your theme was stating “waiting for Dokan compatibility” while 2 months ago another user was reporting compatibility problems with Dokan, what is the situation? is it officially tested and working with Dokan?
Also what about the vendor registration form, the vendor page and the checkout page where shipping cost should be displayed or calculated by selecting the delivery country?

Are them auto generated with a multivendor plugin or do they have to be manually built via wp UI?
I have a problem with the theme when accessing the website with a mobile. It has a white half transparent layer on the whole page when accessing products but the links are still clickable.

Hey Guys,
Just performed the update for Shopkeeper. I’m getting woocommerce files are out of date. The out of date files is as follows:
shopkeeper/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 2.3.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.2.0
When I look at the folder download for the Shopkeeper update that file is not included. But it is included in the Previous version of shopkeeper.
Can you please provide the updated file for the above path?

The newest theme update (V2.2.6) includes fixes for the outdated files. Just make sure this is how you’ve update the theme: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/207365285-How-to-update-the-theme
An incorrect manual theme update might cause the outdated files to remain installed.

Are you saying the file i mention above no longer is required and should be deleted? Meaning there is no new version of it and should simply be deleted?
The reason I do manual updates is due to when using the update tool as you’ve suggested seems to cause issues with theme settings and custom CSS being deleted.
That file was removed from the theme files.
I don’t see a reason why you would loose your customizations from Customizer once you do an automatic update but you could try and do a staging copy of the website and do tests in there and see what’s causing the issue because we can’t replicate the issue.

I have a problem with the theme update. When I try to validate my purchase for updates it says “Oops, we couldn’t find any Shopkeeper licenses associated with this Envato account”

I think the problem could be related to our clone website at https://warp.ge/updt which I connected yesterday for testing an update before making changes to our main website. At this moment the clone website is disconnected but I’m still not able to connect the main website.
Please help me to fix this, also guide me for the next updates, how can I update the theme on a clone website before updating it to main website? If I’m getting it right, we should be able to connect only one website and if I’ve disconnected the clone why I’m not able to connect the main website?
I’m also unable to open a ticket on your support website.

Hello. Whenever we update the Shopkeeper theme, we are prompted to re-setup WooCommerce. The update seems to wipe out all our WooCommerce settings… Have you seen this issue before? What do we do?

No, that doesn’t sound familiar and shouldn’t happen. Please make sure you’re using the newest versions of WooCommerce, GetBowtied Tools and Wordpress as well. Also you can remove all the 3rd party plugins and see if there’s the culprit.

I was just wondering, there does not seem to be a closing body tag in the header.php??? Causing my remarketing tag to not function properly.

The body tag is closed in footer.php because that’s necessary to have content in each page. If the body tag would’ve been closed in header then no content would have shown in the website pages.

I sell arts and paintings, not all of the images are square. Is it possible to display different orientation in the shop rather than in uniform size? I don’t want the artworks to be cropped.

You can have different image sizes for your products. WooCommerce has a built in option which is called Hard crop and if you uncheck that, you’ll get what you’re requesting.

Hi Support, I would like to use the default page template on my home page but when i do, I am unable to load the top menu (transparent) over the slider as I can on full width template. Any ideas as effectively the default template does not allow me the transparent header even through I’ve set it to dark header transparency.

Since we did the transition from Theme Options panel to Customize, the html code is no longer supported in the top bar. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing since many users added in there bad written code and managed to mess up the whole website. I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.

Hi – I see you have removed theme options and replaced with customiser. Please note that when you change the header background colour to say black (#000000) when in mobile view the header stays white. Is there a problem with the customiser??

The header background color isn’t meant to also change the mobile header color. The mobile header color can easily be changed by using custom code.

I can’t imagine nobody has noticed that the navigation disappears on screens at sizes between 1287px and 1024px. That’s a HUGE range of displays, screens, which can’t do anything with the navigation. Can you please fix this mess!!! How can this be unseen?

Please make sure you’re using the newest theme version. Also you should go through the Troubleshooting Guide and see if you can find the culprit.

Hi Alexandra, thank you for your response. I don’t know in which browser you’ve tested it. If you test it in the latest Chrome on Mac you can clearly see, that the menu items in the transparent navigation bar disappear. I tested that on your URL http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design. Hello, I am finding an issue with the visual composer plugin where it won’t let me select say “Heading 1” or any of the other font options in a text block. I just purchase a new Shopkeeper theme licence so I could update as I thought this may fix it. It didn’t. How do I go about getting this fixed?

Hi! I bought the official “Points and Rewards” plugin from Woocommerce, but it wont show up on the cart or the checkout page. Is this theme not supporting this module? If so, is there a anything I can purchase or do to make it work?
