Hello, I have already purchased your theme and I love it so far!
I have one question, is it possible to increase the number of the featured boxes? I would like to to show 4 instead of 3 if possible.
If it’s not feasible via the configuration, could you please inficate on what approach I should follow, even from the code? I am a developer so if it’s not already available as an option I was thinking of contributing to it.

Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately, changing the number of featured boxes displayed on the homepage will require making some changes to the customizer.php file. (Inc folder / customizer.php, starting at line 150 // Featured Boxes).
An alternative would be to place the featured boxes inside widgetized areas such as the Sidebar. You can add as many as you want.

Hi, we developed a website using this template. After upgrading to WordPress 5.5 the search function doesn’t seem to be working. It works fine when we put back 5.3. Is there anything obvious we can do to fix this?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on a theme update. If you want to wait for the update, I would recommend disabling temporarily the “Header Search” inside the Customizer ( General Settings / Social Media Settings / click on “Disable Search Icon on top bar”. You can still make use of the Search form specific for the Sidebar area.
The other option would require a theme file modification. I can send you the code snippet that will fix this issue, in case you don’t want to wait for the theme update.

The “Featured Boxes” are available as widget-only. You can add them to your sidebar (widget area).
Unfortunately, we don’t have the “Featured Boxes” as shortcodes yet, so they cannot be placed inside a blog post or a page.

Have you installed and activated the recommended Instagram plugin – “WP Instagram Widget” ?
In order to display it, you need to enter your Instagram username along with the number of photos you want to display. We recommend to select 8.

BUT on the first div on homepage (now, it is a slider, showing the 2 last posts), I would need to custom it : in order to show pictures I chose, with custom text and custom link. It is possible to deactivate the default “Featured Slider” inside the Customizer. In our latest theme update, we have introduced a fullwidth widget-ready area, which could display a fullwidth external slider, or any other widgets. ( Custom HTML widget, for example).
It is meant to be used instead of the default slider, so this widget-area will display on the front-page only.

When I try to install the zippfile on my Wordpress site, it says it failed because it is missing a style.css stylesheet. I just payed a lot of money for this format and now it is not working. What to do do?

In order to install the theme, you have to upload the “soigne.zip” file, which is included within the theme-pack folder.
You have probably uploaded the theme-pack .zip file, which has caused this issue.

Hi. I really like the theme you have created! But before buying it I have some questions: I need to run WooCommerce on my website and a portfolio gallery with some kind of lightbox. In the live preview and in your description I can´t find anything about it. Does this theme have a WooCommerce integration or do you plan to integrate it (short in time)? How does portfolios look like? Is it possible so read the documentation of the theme before buying it? As I had some bad experiences in the past when figuring out while reading the documentation that the theme doesn`t fit my needs. Thanks. Best, Sabine

Unfortunately we are not planning to add Woocommerce in a short time. We do have a “Gallery post-type” specific for posts, you can also create column galleries with the default WordPress option “Create gallery” (available for posts & pages).
