Meanwhile, please help with 2 tech questions 1. how can I change font-weight for all headings on the site? now all headings and titles are bold by default which i’d like to change 2. i want to change the color of the add-to-cart button on the product page. when I add the below code, the button doesn’t change color when hover. How can i keep hover effect and change the color?

Make sure you’re using the newest version of GetBowtied Tools and that you theme license is activated in Shopkeeper > Updates. If you still can’t update the theme please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it.

That error comes from Wordpress and can be caused by a 3rd party plugin, a bad installation and so on.
That doesn’t seems to be happening at this end and we would like to help you get to the bottom of this issues. You should go through the Troubleshooting Guide first and if that won’t help you get to the bottom of it, please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it.

There is some problem with the template. In my store the products appear repeated … (duplicates) ... and the page never shows the same ones if I do refresh.

You need to make sure you’re using the newest versions of Shopkeeper V2.2.6 and WooCommerce V3.2.1. You can also deactivate all the 3d party plugins and see if this issue remains.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and make sure you use the newest versions of Wordpress, WooCommerce, GetBowtied Tools and Visual Composer.

I am trying every time but still I can’t buy this theme. I don’t know why. Envato says “Contact your Bank” My bank says: “Contact the site which you want to make payment because from our side everything is okay”. I don’t know what to do

Hi, i would change how error woocommerce (.woocommerce-error) shows in Shopkeeper. I would deactivate “ajax showing” and show fields in red (as defaul woocommerce). How can I do?

Issue with province/state not populating at Check-out – just comes up blank … big issue. Check out www.vancitykey.com and go through check-out process on a desktop … choose Canada and see the blank box for provinces that doesn’t populate. It works on mobile oddly but not on desktop, HELP!

If you need your customers to be able to save products in their accounts then you have the Wishlist feature. Once a user wants to save a product in his account then he can “heart” the product and it will be saved and stored into the account. From there he can also add it to Cart.
There isn’t a specific bookmark feature built into the theme but you can always look for a plugin with such a feature.

Hi there,
I hope you can provide me with some assistance, I have been asked to help make some changes to a site as well as make the back-end a bit more user friendly. The reason this is posing a problem is the following:
The original developer built the site using the Shopkeeper theme along with the pre-packaged Visual Composer plugin, it seems there was also a second developer that installed elementor and built certain elements with elementor (or attempted to edit existing elements that were built with Visual Composer). The reason, I think is, instead of visual composer’s “visual” elements showing up in the back end, only short codes are appearing. Please see screenshot 1 and 2. The first screenshot (https://imgur.com/pTzZn71) is what you get if you click “edit page”, and the second screenshot (https://imgur.com/VyXWHpj) is what you see if you click “Classic Mode”.
I have tried deleting VC and re-installing VC from Shopkeeper, in an attempt to get the latest version of VC, to see if this would resolve the issue, however it seems, that the theme is also outdated. I have tried checking for an update, however I am waiting to get feedback regarding the Envato account that was used to purchase the theme.
Do you perhaps know if updating the theme and subsequently getting an updated version of VC will resolve the short code issue? And not require the rebuilding of all pages? I don’t know if the theme license may have to be purchased again if the original developer cannot be tracked down, this is why I need to know if this might resolve the issue without the entire site having to be rebuilt, I don’t want to give the wrong advice, if this is going to cause an entire rebuild. Sorry for posting on here, but as mentioned before I am awaiting feedback regarding the Envato account with the Shopkeeper license, therefore I couldn’t access your support page.

Thanks for providing us with those two screenshots because now I can see what you mean. You clearly need to update Shopkeeper and Visual Composer. I don’t think you’ll need to rebuild the website from scratch but that depends a lot on how much custom code was added to the default theme files. If the theme default files weren’t altered and if they used a child theme then most probably the theme and plugin updates will make things look better.
Elementor is a page builder plugin which isn’t a theme required plugin and we haven’t tested it. We’re kind of married with Visual Composer which works great with the theme. If they were using Elementor then most probably the sections built with this plugin, will need to be rebuilt using Visual Composer.
Hope you’ll get your old account and license back as soon as possible!

After updating to ShopKeep and WPBakery Page Builder 5.4, for example when I goto the product page in Woo, It’s only showing the visual and text tabs. And the whole areas, like where the product data is (the section where you add pricing, shipping and all those types of things) has completely disappeared. Im on the theme Shopkeeper – eCommerce WP Theme for WooCommerce. And everything is up to date.

I’ve noticed a bug in this theme where the ‘Layered Nav Filter by Attribute’ glitches in showing the correct category count. Is the team already aware of this? Anyone on this forum have a quick fix? Otherwise, @alexandra_getbowtied – can we have the team investigate if it’s theme related. Thanks.

I did the tests and the Filter products by Attribute widget doesn’t seam to be working but it isn’t working with the WooCommerce themes either and it looks more like a WC issue.
Either way we’ll keep an eye on it.

Thanks. Came across another glitch in the new theme update where the top bar no longer supports html in the Customizer. Prior to update, I had html that was working and when I went to update, it renders the actual html code as text.
The social icons are also half hidden in the top bar. I think this has been an ongoing issue that has running updates.
@alexandra_getbowtied – please disregard my social icons note.
The ‘Top Bar Text’ not rendering html still is an issue.

On the Helppages you tell customers to open a support ticket to get the RS updates or buy a license I bought the theme with the RS included and have no Supportplan at the moment. The current RS version (2015?) in the package do not have the woocommerce-post-option which would be nice to have. Hope you can help me.
