How does this theme handle very large portfolios? We’re shopping for a theme to replace one that could not integrate with lazy load or infinite scrolling plugins due to design limits. Our portfolio currently contains more than 280 projects, and we need a theme that can function before it has finished loading every single thumbnail.
Hello, our theme does not have built in lazy load or infinity scroll/ajax loading for portfolio elements (you set elements limit and only this count of elements will be loaded in grid – or ALL your works). If you want to add lazy load for images on site you need to use third party WordPress lazy load plugins for this. However you should not see any problem on using website, before all images will be loaded – all portfolio elements will works fine, before all images will be loaded (images in portfolio grid used as background and does not impact blocks layouts or sizes. This mean all portfolio grid will works and looks good, even before all images will be loaded). You should understand that if you want to use portfolio filter on your portfolio and filter ALL your works, you need to show all your 280 works in grid first. You can’t show for example only 10 works in grid, and have ability to filter by categories within all your 280 works (you will filter only your 10 works in this case).

Hello, our theme support any language. You need to use LocoTranslate or WPML plugin to translate theme strings to your language. All themes require manual translation via plugins for supported languages.
Hi there, a year ago i bought the Magnium theme from you guys. Well you guys suddenly stopped updating that one.. what a shame. So i’ve a couple questions:
1. When i buy this theme.. is it easy to copy all old data to this new theme? With all the data i mean also the page templates en block i’ve with visual composer.
2. What insurance can you give that this theme will be updated? It’s really a bad thing you guys stopped updating the magnium theme. All those buyers are left in the dark with unsafe versions of plugins like WooCommerce.
Why i am asking this? I used the magnium theme for a client, which payed me money to make it. It’s really bad that i have to tell him that we need to switch themes because the theme developers want to make more money with new themes.. instead of updating & providing support for older themes theve made.

1) This is another theme, this means it have another shortcodes, elements and features, you can’t use blocks made in other theme here. All themes that work with Visual Composer have its own blocks and elements (only default VC shortcodes can be moved in this case, not theme custom shortcodes). This related to any VC based theme, not just our.
2) This is not a WooCommerce based theme (theme support woocommerce, but does not change its template files like Magnium), this means it will always work with latest WordPress and Visual Composer versions and will be updated if needed. Problem with updates related only to themes that have based on some complex plugin, like WooCommerce, that sometimes release completely new version that required developing whole theme from scratch. This is WooCommerce team fault, not our. All good plugins developers (like Visual Composer team, Revolution slider team, etc) have backward compatibility in their plugin, and never change something in update that can completely remove this plugin support from theme in new plugin version. This means that we can always easy update theme to new version to add new plugin version support (and usually new plugin version works even without any special theme update). So you will not have problems with Visual Composer or Revolution slider in this theme.
It’s funny you say it’s WooCommerces fault. Allot of themes updated their themes to be WooCommerce 3.0 compatible. Why is not your problem to this also?
The only thing you guys worry about is creating new themes to extract as much money you guys can get. While dropping other themes which have been bought like 800 times. It’s really not fancy at all!
When people ask if you gonna update the theme to 3.0 you guys give misleading answers. So bad!
Not all themes have WC 3.x support, our Magnium theme made for WC 2.x and this is clearly states in theme description. We are happy to update it, but unfortunately we can’t do this right now, and we have reasons for this. “Allot of themes updated their themes” – this means this themes does not changed WooCommerce templates so deep as our Magnium theme, and they can easy update it without releasing theme from zero, or they have 30+ developers in team and large amount of sales to cover this development. We are small company.

Hello, you can choose one of demos to import it. You can try to import additional theme demo to previous imported, but this will give you menus duplicates, pages and posts duplicated. All other themes works in the same way – you can choose ONE of demo and import it, you can’t import everything at once, this is not possible, every demo made for different purposes and in different aspects of overall design. Messing different demos is not correct way to built your site (it will looks ugly). You can easy recreate demo pages in your site from any demo using Visual Composer and its elements (you does not need to import different demos for this). All content in theme built with visual composer, you can edit everything in it.
Does this theme support a background with with full page header? Like logo, menu overlaid on a video on home page header.

Hello, you can disable all elements animations in every element settings in Visual Composer and in theme control panel.
all image include with theme?
Theme demo data doesn’t contain real photos as the theme demo website, as the demo uses proprietary photography. You will have grey placeholders for all images instead, that you need to replace with your own photos and images. This rules apply to any themes with commercial photos from any developers demo data (even if they don’t mention about this) – you can’t use photos from demo sites on your own site, without purchasing licenses for every photo from photo owner.

Hello, 1) You need to purchase additional regular license for every new site (and every new language on site). This related to ALL themes sold on Themeforest, there is no exclusions, all themes have the same license rules. 2) You can’t resell themes in any way, but you can use this theme to build sites for your clients (so you will sell your site based on theme as web development service to client, not theme itself). You will need to purchase new regular license for every client where you will use this theme.

Our client has additional question – As we will be hosting the website on the client’s web hosting under their account, then how is it made sure that themeforest doesnot contact them regarding the licensing, etc. Is there any product key, etc which needs to be added somewhere in the web code to uniquely identify the purchase?
Yes, you will have unique product key for every regular license that you purchased. You does not need to add it anywhere, but this code is your proof for purchase, access to updates and support.

Hello, I’m considering buying your beautiful theme, but have a couple questions first. 1. do you have a predesigned footer that automatically loads with each page where I don’t have to recreate it with each page? 2. Can I create this type of nav bar http://www.vertiqalteam.com/wordpress-bronx/, where the bar turns white with black text as you scroll down and it also remains on the page as you scroll down. I see this one http://wp.magnium-themes.com/barrel/barrel-10/ lets the user see the nav bar, but when it’s scrolling over white, the nav disappears. 3.
