I’m confused about something. A comment in here from a month ago says the theme was designed to show two products per row in mobile view, rather than one, yet the site I’m building is showing one product per row, not two. Has it been changed since the comment was made, or is there an option somewhere in the theme?

Since then we’ve added a new theme feature which allows you to show one or two product columns on mobile shop. Find this option in Shopkeeper > Customize > Shop: https://www.screencast.com/t/LzWNzO74Rm

Hey! I want to change the background of the notification when an item is added. I have changed the accent color but it still using the default color and not the new hot pink color I replaced the accent color to.

Hello @cre8ivesites,

That is a small issue that is going to be fixed in the following theme update. In the meantime you can change the notification background by using custom code.

This should help:

div.product_notification_text { background-color: #bf7abf !important; }

Sorry, but I do not load the designs of products in the store, nor the portfolio options, it has nothing to do with the demo, it lacks many things.

Hello, I need your help. After I click on Quick View, I have a problem with the right-hand background of a quick view pop-up window. It should have been a solid white background instead of a transparent one. It is very hard to see a short description and other details beside a product picture. Please enlighten me how to overcome this issue.

You can fix this by navigating to Shopkeeper > Customize > Styling and changing the background color. Change to white again and save: https://www.screencast.com/t/hpDwGVhoMl

Hi , I have my wordpress translated in Norwegian. Everything in shopkeeper theme has translated with the help for Loco Translate .But I could not translate the button “label” on the checkout page. For e.g when the credit/debit card is selected as a method of payment, the button label is displayed as “Continue to Payment” and when bank transfer is selected, the button label is displayed as “Submit your order”. How do I translate these two labels? Thanks

I searched for those two strings in WooCommerce and I wasn’t able to find them. The theme doesn’t include them because they are shop related. My suggestion is to look for them in the payment plugin you are using.

Thank you Alexandra for your quick reply. I am using ” WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin and I can’t find any option to rename the strings. Do you have any other solution to this?

That plugin is not a theme required plugin so we’re not familiar with it’s translation options. You can use a translations plugin to identify the plugin strings or you can go on their support and ask for guidance.

Quick question, how can I remove the shopping cart icon and account icon and just have text links instead?

You can deactivate the Cart and My Account icons in the header by navigating to Shopkeeper > Customize > Header > Header elements: https://www.screencast.com/t/kmWwbZONjAU

Then you can add them in you Menu by navigation to Appearance >Menus and edit your existing menu or built a new one.

Hello,

I wanted to ask if it was possible to enable the “Back to top button” feature that is found in the footer section of the customize tab, on mobile devices? It seems that the button only appears on desktop/laptop devices with a minimum resolution of 1025×377. I’m currently hosting my site locally on my PC, but I know how to program in HTML/CSS, and a little bit of JS if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind, I managed to figure out how to enable it. It was all in this line of code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) styles.css?ver=2.2.6:25257 .product_navigation, .cd-top, .product_socials_wrapper { display: none;

I changed ‘none’ to ‘block’ and it now displays the button.

Predictive search isn’t a theme feature at the moment. I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.
You can look for a plugin with such an option, I’m pretty sure you can find one to suit your needs.

I just bought theme, and fail to install the whole file, rather installed only 8mb file, since installation failed showing there is no css file. It’s unfair. I bought 19mb theme, not 8mb. It’s totally unacceptable…

Hello, I’ve purchased the theme and I’m pretty happy with it. We have a strange behavour with the “out” animation of mobile menu. When clicking a link the background fade out nicely but the text part remain freezed for half a sec and there suddendly disappear. Any advice for this? Thank you Luca

I’m trying to get to your support page and it’s not working, the SSL is invalid and then I get an error too many redirects…....

Anyways, I am having an issue with my site https://vapor2u.com

It shows the Primary navigation bar at the top of the homepage but whenever you click on any other page it disappears. The top navigation bar to the right dos it as well. Please advise ASAP!

I should specify further that this only happens when in the shop pages. All menus seem to disappear when trying to navigate throughout the shop….

Ok, I’ve narrowed it down even further. The homepage and the single product pages it works just fine and shows up on it seems. It’s only when I click on a product category that everything disappears…please advise ASAP! Thanks!
