Would it be possible to have a copy of the theme build files (SCSS, PSD, Flat html files) before its converted to work with Wordpress.
I’ve bought and love the theme and have bought it hoping they were included. I want to use the theme in a non Wordpress environment.

I am in Mikado Ticksy Support, but am unable to ‘verify my purchase with envato’.
Here’s what happens:
1. I choose Mikado Hoshi theme from the product dropdown. 2. I click “verify purchase with envato” 3. A lightbox pops up, asking me to approve my purchase, I click “approve” 4. It redirects me back to step 1. , ad infinium

If you just purchased the theme, maybe data isn’t ready yet so try just a bit later. Also, make sure that you are logged in with the Envato account form which you have purchased the theme, and you can also try to clear browser cache and to login again. There is also another way for submitting a ticket: logout, and then enter your purchase code https://www.screencast.com/t/JN8Vacxt82 so try that also.

Please dont buy this theme. I have tried hosting it on two different servers and the technical team is novice which is of little or no help. They have been working on my website for last 15 days and 3 tickets later there is no solution at sight. Utter waste of money.

hello i installed your theme, purchased a license for wpbakery and updated both theme and plugin to newest versions. I’m having trouble when editing a page. I dont see the Visual Composer/WPBakery features to edit. Please advise.

Before purchasing the theme i would like to know if Visual Composer and Rev slider are included in the files ? Because I saw in the description : - Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin ($25 value) - Visual Composer (Front-End Editor is disabled) Page Builder Plugin for WordPress ($34 value)
So, are they plugins i need to add ? Or is it just to let us know the prices of this plugins on the market ?

Please, note that images are authorized and we bought most of licences on ShutterStock, so if you want to use same images on your live website, you’ll need to purchase your own licences.

When I try to Save any of the changes on any of the visual composer rows it won’t save. I click on save and nothing happens. I installed the newest version of your theme and noting. and I also running the newest version of VC.
Also, it shows you made an updated on August of 2017 a new version 1.3 however when I downloaded a fresh copy of your theme just now and installed it still shows a version 1.2.

Hi, I find an issue with the theme. I use FireFox browser (last version it seems). If I start here: http://hoshi.mikado-themes.com/freelancer-home/ and after I click on the link “About Us” located in the menu, and If I want to go back with browser buton I have a blank page.

Unfortunately, there is no option to use some other menu as mobile navigation. But, you could use some other type of header for desktop resolutions and there to assign different menu if you are using Divided header for example and of mobile will be shown menu that is assigned to Main Menu https://www.screencast.com/t/S8cLHdhrV9P

HI thank you for your reply. I was not able to upload the theme from WordPress admin (it seems to have an issue when it says 100% loaded) , so I used FTP process.
I try to activate the Slider Revolution plugin but it asks the purchase code. It seems I am a non direct buyer. So normally I don’t need to insert code but it doesn’t work. If I enter the purchase code of theme it doesn’t work too . Thank you to explain me
