I have translated the theme to Norwegian but after updating to the newest version “My account” in the menu is not translated any more. I have used Loco for translation. How can I translate this again?

Hello, I have just upgraded the theme to the lastest version and I dont see the LIGHTBOX element on my menu of options. Why is that? If I place its shortcode inside a text element it will work. But I gess that is not the way to use it… can you advise please? thanks

After upgrading Flatsome and Woocommerce to the latest version, the mini cart up top shows TAX amount, not subtotal. It flashes the subtotal then changes to the tax amount instead. Is this a bug?

not to sure if its our website but we have the option for the search to be able to search by SKU which as your typing it does find this but for example if you type CC75 and press enter it returns no products but if you type CC75 and dont press enter it finds it.?

Is there a way to make your search feature Multisite compatible for a Global Search of all products on all subsites of the Multisite network? This is a requested feature if this is not currently possible. Please advise if there is a way to accomplish this (i.e. code, third party plugin). Thanks

I’ve just noticed that Flatsome isn’t displaying “WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels” correctly. The flashes and ribbons which are supposed to sit on the product pics are actually covering the text/pricing which appears below. Worth a look.

I have a question regarding brand management in Flatsome. Unfortunately it’s not an integrated function and you need a plugin for this, when it’s a basic function for any e-commerce website owner.

I have tried different plug-in but none of them is well integrated in Flatsome when it comes to Filters.

The brand filter widget is displayed on the left sidebar for example (shop sidebar), but when you select a brand to filter, the brand never goes to the “Active Product Filters” because it’s not an integrated function… so this completly break the user experience

My questions is simple:

- Do Flatsome support a specific brand plugin that is 100% integrated and functional ?

- Otherwise, could you please add this simple function to your future update ? Just brand management and brand filter ? Maybe it’s an already planed function ?

UX Builder returns in 500 Internal Server Error and displays weird characters in the browser. Everytime I contact Flatsome support for this problem it is always do this, do that but after two months now my problem is never resolved.

HI my license code is not working , it is stating the code is invalid, I bought the theme 1/11/2017, downloaded the PDF having the purchase code but the code seems to be invalid
