How easy or not would it be to add FB like and Share buttons to image lightboxes? The older version was using Prettyphoto which would allow this with some tweaking, but iLightbox seems to be missing this option? Please advise. TY
I see the share button, but it shares the whole page apparently, is there a setting to share just the image? Also the like button is still of interest. TY

We do have social sharing option for the lightbox which can be enabled from Avada > Theme Options > Lightbox however adding a like button will take some customisation or 3rd party plugin for the lightbox.

On the portfolio page when you scroll down and all items are loaded the loader shows the texts: “Loading next set…” and “All items displayed.” I found the strings in the Avada.po file and translated it, uploaded it to the languages > themes folder in wp-content and also uploaded it in the language folder in the theme folder of Avada. The translations still doesn’t show??

Hi Avada Team, I never have any problem with your theme before. Couple months ago, my wordpress site become so laggy in the admin page. The website totaly fine, but the admin page is super laggy especially when it come to update our post. I have checked with P3 Plugin Profiller and the result was Fusion Builder took half time of the loading. I can open support ticket because our support was ended. Can you help us?

Well, what we can confirm is that the WordPress Dashboard with Avada active and the Fusion Builder active, takes no longer than a couple of seconds for a page load (as of Avada 5.2.2) right now, so something else is at play with your installation.
If there was a page load issue, you most certainly would be seeing on the front end first and not the back end of the installation. Is your theme up to date? Are you plugins up to date? Is WordPress up to date? Have you tried by deactivating all 3rd party plugins and checking again?

Hi, Client is reporting that body text is not showing on Safari. when selected you can see where the text is supposed to be, but it’s like it’s transparent.
I don’t have a mac or an iOS device to test it on, but text is set to black and it works on all browsers on windows and Android… what could be causing this?

Please make sure you are setting a proper font size and color from the body typography field inside Avada > Theme Options > Typography > Body Typography

1. I am not sure about the report writing part as i have never heard of it before, can you please provide some more info on this?
2. For the second one you can simply use MailChimp plugin for this kind of newsletter and set a subscription for your users.
3. Yes, we do have user login element and you can set it up on any page you want to.

I’m getting 16 additional versions of each image I upload (+ the original = 17 images). I know why this is done, just wondering if some can be turned off (I never use medium for instance). And/or if this sounds like too many variations to you? Thank you

What capabilities needed for a user to manage Avada theme options?
It used to be OK for a user who have “manage_options” and “edit_theme_options” to manage Avada theme options.
But now it does not work anymore…

For someone to access Avada Theme Options you will require an Admin Level account as a user level account does not have access to Theme Options panel at all.

Hello, I have question about password protected portfolios.
I updated my portfolio as password protected. Then I created a grid portfolio using the fusion builder on the new page. However, the password protected portfolio is not exposed. Not at all on the list. (If I enter the single URL of the portfolio, then I can reach the single post. It just does not appear on the grid list.)
How do I fix it?

My theme is no longer working in Internet Explorer. Won’t load slider/homescreen, accordian tabs won’t open, menu goes off screen… not sure what happened, but it isn’t very IE friendly at the moment.
