I want to build a digital products online shop. So i want to use this plugin -https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/ in your theme. Is this plugin compatible with this theme?

This is a great theme but support leave something to be desired. The UX builder results in 500 server error and some text in the theme is blurred.
A support empoyee has worked on the server issue but intoduced more problems than solutions for the issue. They even left my live site to a state were not one single link on the website worked during the all weekend.
To find a solution for the issue he created a Flatsome-child theme but that did not fix the problem.
Many of my concerns go unanswered. For example:
“can I update the theme and everything else just like it did before with this chjild theme?”
This is very important because I dont want a situation were I cant update in an easy normal way and certainly not if all the hassle has not fixed the problem.
The support employee now blaime my hosting company. but the hosting company checked everything and nothing is wrong configured at their end.
I am rather tired of repeating the same problems over and over again without getting a solution or without even answering my important questions.

You can safely update the theme by using the auto-updater if you have inserted your license code.

Hello. I have followed this guide thoroughly and also asked the WPML support. It seems to be a compatability issue or a bug related to the theme. In the translate strings, only backend options for Flatsome show up. There is no way to translate the placeholder search, the text in the footer etcetera. How come?

I did the speed test on GT Metrix and Google Speed and both gave very different results than those announced here. Has there been any recent change?

To fix the arrow, please use this CSS
select.search_categories.resize-select{ background-position: 100% 50% !important; }
To remove the border radius on the search form, place this CSS in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS

I am considering purchasing this theme but i have some questions. 1) are all of the theme demos shown possible to go full width, not boxed? I have the same problem as the users Starthub and seanfreitas.
When I add a product to the cart, the price of the total is displayed only a few seconds. After only it puts the VAT.
It happens to me since I update woocommerce.

Just added the feature request. This really should be a priority element in the next ‘Custom Product Page’ update, as this is already a normal feature for Product Page presets. “Next/Previous Product Arrow Icons”

Hi, I’ve tried contacting your support and many of my queries go unanswered. This is a great theme, but there are certain problems, and some of them I really need a resolution for.
1. The theme is generating a lot of reference & syntax errors. How can this be fixed?
2. There is an issue with custom fonts. It won’t allow for the use of custom fonts with an @font-face CSS. It only calls the font properly on the home page. Otherwise it calls the wrong path on every other page and post. I really need a fix for this.
Your plugin that you suggest can’t be used at this point, as it has issues with converting certain elements, and it hasn’t been updated in months, and isn’t tested with the latest version of WordPress.
3. This question I’ve asked 4 or 5 times via your support and have yet to receive an answer – is there a way to generate your own templates with the theme, and save them, so that it allows for faster building of a site. This is something you can do with Visual Composer and other WordPress page builders. Is there a function on Flatsome with which you can do that?
