Are you still doing any development on this theme? I would love to create a hybrid one page/multipage website with this theme, and there’s just one suggestion I would like to make.
I would love to be able to have a video header at the tope of each of my other pages. For example, I’m creating a home page with three thin, full width video backgrounds that have three different buttons, which takes the visitor to a second, third or fourth page that has specific types of videos we sell to our clients. I would love to have an introduction header video that automatically starts playing on silent, just like the main one page video header does.
Is this currently possible with a little coding in c-panel on my end, or would this require a completely new redesign on your part?

You can add buttons on top of videos easily. You can create multiple video header pages.
Yes! Adding buttons on top of videos is quite easy, however I’m having trouble figuring out how to have a video header to a second page. Do you have any documentation on this matter?
Add new page. Write only its title and select Template as Front Page on the right side. Then, publish it.
You’ll see Home Section where you can choose Video Background.
Thank you for taking the time to explain that, AthenaStudio. it would seem that I might have something misconfigured, because when I set that second page to the “Front Page” template, it replaces the content I have in that page for all of the other pages I’ve made from the site section list. In other words, it displays the main page with simply a new video header.
What’s the workaround for this misconfiguration?

I hope you’re having a great week. In short, I’ve created a section on the home page with a video background, some centered text and a button to go to a different page. The only issue that I’m having with this is that I cannot get the button to be centered in the middle of the section. It’s off to the left a bit. The text is perfectly centered, but the in-theme button is not.
I can send screenshots, or even set up a login for you to take a look at.
Click on the Edit this column which is a pencil icon, in the opening window fill in the Extra class name by text-center.

Hi author, Sorry for my bad english. i found an issue on my website with your theme. There are a duplicated logo overlapping the fixed header from the top. When i scroll the logo change (correct) and when i come bug the issue disappear until i refresh the page. There is a way to avoid this issue (overlapping\overflow) ?

Thanks for the reply. Both logo are uploaded, but they have different size. The problem is this: at first time i load the page the “hidden” fixed header load the white logo and not the black. And this create that issue. I dunno if is clear now.
If you upload same size images it will be solved.

I updated Visual Composer to the new version. You can download only install version and reinstall royal/plugins/js_composer.zip.
I am using your royal parallax theme. I added a video to the home page instead of a slider of just an image. The video works fine on all browsers except Firefox. Any reason why that would happen? The website is: http://www.benchmarkhr.com

Some videos require webm format to run in Firefox. So, it can be codec issue of your video.

Hi I have couple of questions about RECENT PROJECT section.
1- Currently Mouse Hover text shows category description. How can I change the text to be desription of Item Title (which a project title assigned to a category)
2- How can I generate the Image ID e.g vc_single_image image=”107”. so that I can replace the sample image with my own.

Please, install Visual Composer and make it available for Portfolio. You can change image and other things easily with that way.

You need to change it from Royal Theme Features plugin. Open wp-content/plugins/royal/shortcodes/class.shortcodes.php. Go to line 1383:
<div class="details">' . esc_html( $category ) . '</div>
Replace it with:
<div class="details">' . esc_html( $title ) . '</div>
Hi. I have been trying to make a multilingual homepage using the plugin Polylang and I can’t get it to work. When I switch the language and I configure the Site Sections in that language, the sections change for all languages instead of changing only for the language I’m working on. For example, if I’m editing the home in German, then I go back to the Spanish home and everything is in german except for the header slider. I don’t know if it’s possible to have more than one homepage in different languages with this theme, or if it’s possible to do it in some other way. I’d like to know as soon as possible.
Can you add other language site urls via Menu options?
I’ve been able to translate it with WPGlobus and now I can add the languages menu to the header menu. But I’m still trying to find a way to translate the main slider, because it always appear in the same language no matter what I do. I’ve tried to edit it switching the language using the menus and tabs provided by the plugin but it seems that it isn’t able to make different versions of the text for each language. Any help would be much appreciated.

Good day. I’m sorry but I’m trying to setup a page based on the Front Page template and every time I add a new element and update the page it does not update. Rather the page returns to its original state. It’s like I can’t change anything if I use the Front Page template. Not sure what’s going on.

You can set background color to grey in “Site Sections”.
Yes, I know that option. But I need the gray background only on certain parts of the page. As seen in the attached image. My problem is that the preview looks good that background gray with rounded corners. But then when the web is online do not appear those gray backgrounds.

You can modify it via layout/js/main.js. Go to line 1080 and change the following code:
fgColor:jQuery(this).attr('data-color') || jQuery('a').css('color')
With:
fgColor:'#ff0000'
where you can write your color’s RGB instead of “ff0000”.

You can add Custom CSS by opening Styling Options in Royal Theme Options.

I’ve download this theme and customized everything, but I can’t figure out how to access the different page sections on page (when clicking a menu nav, scrolls down the page to the section vs. re-loading the page). I’m using the # then the page name, but the menu doesn’t seem to work. Please help!
You can add one page sections via Site Sections feature in the wp-admin menu. After adding each page, you can add them to the menu. (Add page, not custom link)
