You can add any content inside the portfolio item with the Visual Composer. But you can use only one image (Feature Image) to represent it in different elements (post grid, masonry grid etc.)

The version of Visual Composer shown in my plugins is 5.0.1 but the latest release is 5.4.2. I’ve updated the theme, so what do I do to update VC?

However, VC 5.4.2 will be added with the next theme update.

So to make sure the plugin gets updated to the latest do I need to delete the plugin and re-add it? Otherwise it still shows the old version.

First of all you need to update the theme to the latest version (2.6.1) After that you could try to delete the plugin and install it again. Only the latest theme version has the correct path to the plugin.
Please keep in mind that you will get VC 5.2 not 5.4.2

Ok big issue, I deleted the VC plugin as you suggested but now no way to add it again. With other themes it comes up as an essential plugin once deleted but I don’t get that. How do I add VC back?

Probably those files were added during theme customization. You can compare your existing theme with downloaded from ThemeForest.

Hey Dan, just a quick one the “Show Contact Button” setting to show the floating button with the top of page arrow doesn’t show on blog articles or portfolio items – only on the main pages selected. How can I make the button show on article pages?

You can override rocket_back_to_top_btn() function in your child theme and remove that restriction ($contact_pages array).
But I’ll think about adding option to show Contact Button on all page.

estoy notando un problema muy grande con el plugin de revolution slider, ya llevo 3 reinstalaciones de todo el wordpress completo y el revolution slider nunca funciona bien, quiero saber que pasa con esto, por que me siento bastante molesto.
revisando uno a uno los componentes, el slider hace conflicto con el visual composer la version que pusiste en tu tema en la ultima version de wordpress. bloquea por completo el slider revolution.
ojala soluciones eso, es incomodo estar activando y desactivando plugins para poder trabajar en una cosa.

Yes, it should be ok. I’ve tested the theme with 3.2.1 but 3.2.2 is a small patch so I think it will be ok.

Pre-sale question!. Can the “iPhone slider” page banner scroll down into the “our work” page? Also, can the images on the “our work” page have multiple links on them?
