Hi, I have imported on of the demos and all elements are working fine except for text box element. Builder hangs up whenever I try to edit and cannot see content within the text box. Plus no other tab gets clicked either. Urgent help and solution is requested. I’ve created a ticket on support as well but haven’t gotten response so far.

Hi. I bought the real factory theme last week. And now faced a question here: 1. When import the demo, I failed at the first time, so I try it again(import demo twice). Now the pages looks normal, but I’m wondering if there would be some Duplicate contents or codes ? 2. I din’t find the place to fill in the keywords/description/H1 title. Should I add some plugin first.

You may use Visual composer as third party plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use Visual Composer, it will call its own element, layout.
About the tutorial, Not sure you checked out the doc we provided yet? Make sure that you download the full package of theme, not just ‘installable file’ > http://take.ms/VYO7P6
After download the package from themeforest. Extract it. Then you will see the folder ‘document’ Open the file ‘index.html’ with your browser.
