I like your theme a lot, it’s very nice. But i have three questions regarding it !
1) Can we add more attributes other than colors and sizes, for example “material”, will it be added automaticly to the filter ?
2) About the theme’s speed, i currently have this hosting : “BUSINESS” https://mochahost.com/webhosting.php - With these current settings, will that be enough to run the template fast as it is currently on the demo without the need of a CDN or a VPS or other services ?3) Last, will be having a promotion on this theme for the upcoming Black Friday ?

2. The speed of website depends on many things. Hosting is important. But it also depends on location (where hosting is located and where you/your customers access website), number of products, plugins which you will install, ... So I’m not sure. For more information, you can read this article https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Optimization.
3. We didn’t yet have a plan for this. But we will consider about this

However, to be more accurate with my current and future settings regarding the theme’s speed, my number of products won’t go above 50, as for the plugins i will have only ithemes security, my hosting provider is located kn the US.
So the most important question for me is, either this themes demo uses a VPS, if so then i’ll know if i should get one myself, thats why its important for me to know this before buying the theme !
So if you could ask the people responsable for your themes hosting, i would be deeply greatful.

Yes, our hosting is a VPS. Because we have many websites on our hosting. And a lot of people access our websites everyday. A shared hosting does not show exactly resource. And it is not stable on some hostings. So I’m not sure about its performance. You should contact hosting provider and ask them: “Can their hosting work well with a WooCommerce WordPress theme?”. They may give you more information about their hostings.

How do I place HTML code on a product’s category page? It only allows me to show products, but I’d like to customize my product category pages and add a good amount of HTML, exactly like with a normal wordpress page.
I tried placing the HTML in the description of the product category (screenshot below), but it got very screwed up and didn’t display properly. The HTML displays correctly on a normal page, but not with the product category’s description.

Hi Team, is it possible to activate the vertical menu for header type 3? The other header variants display the vertical menu. However, these headers are not right for me. For header V3, it would be ideal if the vertical menu is only displayed in the Mobile View.

Hi Team, Thank you for the fast answer! In the meantime I was able to make the change by myself – easy.
As a feedback -> Would be great if you can activate the product categories in the settings for header V3 – it is a very import Usability Mobile Feature.
However, there is a CSS problem. If the window is resized after loading, the Select menu will not work, it will not open. Thus you have to reload the page after the window resize, so that the selection menu works again.

Because it checks the width of window when you open at the first time. You may be a developer. Only developer resizes window to check responsive. There is no customer who opens a web browser on PC and use it as a mobile screen . It is not realistic. Anyway, we thank you for your feedback!

I have download the exactly the same as your demo full version – boxshop-furniture-full-package-v1.0.4.zip i have tried to upload it to wordpress several times now and it wont upload.
the folder is called boxshop-furniture-full-package-v1.0.4.zip when i download it – do i upload this complete folder with the zip because i have tried it several times in the complete zip folder and its not working

All home page layouts are imported when you import our demo content. You just go to Settings > Reading and select a page which you want to be your front page https://prnt.sc/h25zpk. You can select the header layout in Theme Options > Header and change colors in Theme Options > Color Scheme tab.

Good morning, I bought the boxshop theme. I have a problem though in the top bar. I must enter the following mandatory text 100% Certified Natural Cosmetics + 5 small logos .png + on the right the mail. hi since i bought the theme i am unable to change the color of the site using the theme options or changing headers it seems as tho the colors are glitched to stay red only no matter what i choose
